Keep Location for Containers with a status of Empty
Empty Containers are often kept in the same location in the warehouse facilities. It would help to identify where there is available space.

Put in an error message if you have revenue items that have a branch number that does not match the one on the order.
We have multiple branches and sometimes the wrong branch is entered when in revenue entry and you are putting in a revenue item. If it is not caught we get Trial Balance out of Balance between the branches and it causes a lot of time to find out which one it is. It is even worse if the statement processing has already occured and the payment gets applied to a revenue item with the wrong branch. Why does the system allow a branch number other than the order to be put into revenue entry. This causes us a lot of…

Duplicate Order Branch Change
We have multiple Branches and sometimes one of the branches does one part of the move and another branch does something else on the move. We Duplicate the order , but then we have to run a report that Matt set up for us to change the branch. We would like you to give the option to change the branch when you duplicate an order.

Have a highlighting option, where you can highlighlight specific areas in notes and or key words that really stnad out, for example "
It would be so noce to have a highlighter in MS, especially for the Special Instructions area to highlight specific words such as VIP, Reweigh, etc, this would allow us to see key words when there are detailed notes.

Add a place to indicate Storage Coordinator in the SIT section of the SIT/Recurring Billing Tab
It would be helpful to have a place to indicate the storage coordinator/clerk in the SIT section and based on the date in and days authorized have the system send a notification in some form to the assigned storage coordinator/clerk several days in advance of conversion to perm date.

Approved agents be available per Military GBLOC in a tab like Contacts. Could assoc for commissions.
Each GBLOC/Base normally will have a list of agents approved to provide services. Just as contacts are added, the idea would be to associate the approved agents to the GBLOC. Next an agent selected from the list of approved agents for the move would display in Revenue Entry for possible commissions due to.

No character limits in Commercial work tickets service instructions area
I am a commercial coordinator. We have very detailed notes for our crews on work tickets. So many times, the space allotment runs out in the service instructions area and we have to create a separate document with all the notes for that ticket for the crew and then upload it into MS and assign to the crew so they see it all, we even print it in case MS goes down and the crew can't use their iPad. I think there should be no cut-off point for notes ever, in the service instructions. Can this be fixed to allow…

Clean up Drop down Menu selections
Items that show up within drop down menus in moversuite should be able to be deactivated so they do not show in drop down menus. For example we have many lead sources that are no longer being utilized so we would like to be able to deactivate these items so the drop down menu is cleaner and easy to sort through

credit card
Each attempt to pay via credit card link should create a note if approved or declined. Customers reach out and we have no knowlege of attempts if we can't see them. We live in notes so that would be super helpful.

Need Logs indicator
I would like to see a need logs indicator in the Local Dispatch grid. This way the dispatcher could mark that a driver needs logs for a particular service. Another way to do this would be to put a free form notes column in the crew and or service portion of the local dispatch grid.

Default Sales added to all orders
When a order is added in MS based on the branch of the order a default house account sales id would be added to the order. This could be changed if needed but no salesperson is added to an order the revenue associated to the order would go to the House Account bucket.

notes security
Add security to notes by Note Type so not everyone has access to a note. For example we would use a note type of Commissions for explanations how a sales commission was calculated, but we do not need everyone in the organization knowing how much sales people make.
