Add the ability to create a task off a service date or off of dates in Doc Management
This would be helpful for accounting. We can create a Bill Order task off a service date so we are sure we are billing for "All" services. OR when items scanned under the category of Billing Documents a task can be created off of that date?
3 votesYou can utilize the Dependency Date option of “Document Received” to trigger a new task on the order. This change was implemented in Version 2020 R06 of MoversSuite.

In the task list add a dependency date option for "Estimated pack or load Date".
1 voteRefer to the Dependency Dates of “Pack Date” and “Load Date.” These two fields point to the first date in the Range spread. Let me know if this is not what you were looking for. Refer to the Task Dependency Dates topic in the Online Help for a complete list.

I would like to see the EE fields become an option under the required fields setup
I would like to see the EE fields become an option under the required fields setup to help with the tasks use. If the users are not entered early on then things get missed. Ex. Sales, both coordinators, and revenue entry.
1 voteYou can specify the following when establishing Field Requirements (i.e. Required Fields) in MoversSuite: Logistics Coordinator, Revenue Clerk, Salesperson, and Transportation Coordinator. Each of these is validated when defined. Please let us know if there are any additional employees you want included in the Field Requirements.

Task cleanup
It would be nice to be able to clean up both the Task Definition and the individual tasks. At some point, without this, the number of Task Definitions is going to get to cumbersome to find the task you are look for especially when each customer could require it's own task definition to make sure everything gets handled correctly.
1 voteYou can now mark a Task Definition or tasks on that definition as inactive.
