  1. Allow the "Branch" to be changed if incorrect branch is downloaded or chosen without having to call MoversSuite and convince them change it for us, because they are not supposed to. If the change can be done, why not allow the employee to make the necessary changes, without having to bother MoversSuite and take 30 minutes to an hour to wait for this change to allow us to continue working on this order. Because orders are never actually "cancelled", if the order has to be entered a second time using the correct branch number, we are left with a confusing…

  2. The Drop Down Find Box in the Claims Module is not functioning. This same drop down box works well in the Order Information and provides all orders the user has accessed that day. However, there is no information accruing in the Claims Module. Without the function of the drop down box, the USE SEARCH CRITERIA FROM THE PREVIOUS FIND is also not helpful. Could you please correct this in the next update?

  3. We have multiple locations involved in a move. When duplicating the move we would like to have all of the documents in the duplicate order. Like we can included the order notes now, same idea just also be able to select to include the documents attached to an order when duplicating.

  4. There are sometimes multiple contacts, billing, on jobsite, etc. An additional box that would identify which contact is which would be helpful

  5. UVL currently provides van location (rudimentary GPS) data in their download stream. It would be really useful for Mover's Suite to capture that data so Dispatch and Safety have access to it.

  6. When working with national account moves, before customer has set dates, it would be good to have dependency date based on the lead set up in MS to set up tasks, such as contacting OA, getting estimate scheduled, going over estimate info with customer or account ,etc.

  7. Have a checkbox on each note (default checked) that denotes whether or not that note can be duplicated. Allows for notes that make no sense duplicated (Credit Checks for instance) to be kept off a duplicate order.

  8. Show the subtotals of each commissionable party in the Payable column at the bottom of the MS Order Transactions Report.

    Having the system add and show the subtotal payable for each commissionable ID helps revenue clerks and the controller who use this report, and saves time by not having to manually add up these amounts. Thank you.

  11. Instead of post all unbilled revenue to UNAPPILED...

    Is possible to get the ablility to post paid revenue to an item code
    (eg: Destination revenue like dest. handling factors)

  12. Phone number columns in local dispatch based on phone number ranking -
    1 & 2 ranked phone numbers are the phone number columns instead of orgin, origin work, dest & dest work.

  13. It would be nice to have a column on the Batch Management tab for the Cash/Clearing Acct so you glance quickly to see what account was used without clicking the detail button.

  14. When a vender pays a large number of invoices on one check you should be able to hit auto apply and have MS apply the outstanding balance of the payment to all of the invoices selected in cash receipts. In the new payment management you have to click on each invoice to apply. The government and some other large companies can pay up to 50 invoices at once. That was one click on auto apply in the old payment management but 50 clicks to apply in the new.

  15. sort vanline statement transactions by having the positive amount first then any negative amounts listed after the positive amount to ensure both type of transactions are applied to the same Receivable customer

  16. We would like to be able to edit the date for 3rd party invoices. Currently:

    1) Entered a 3rd party invoice.
    2) Added another 3rd Party invoice. Selected the first invoice and clicked in the Invoice Number field and edited invoice # and clicked in the amount and changed the amount. Saved this record.
    3) Then clicked Edit Item and on the 3rd party invoice created in step 2, changed the date.

    The enhancement request to change the invoice date in step 2 would save the user from doing step 3.

  17. If I could view my customers at a glance, I could not only keep track of how much I truly have going on, but it would make it quicker to get to the customers order in MS if they happen to call in but aren't listed in my workflow.

  18. It would be helpful to see a history of claim status changes with dates and who made the changes. As an item maybe moved from Inspection to In-Progress to Repair Pending to Repaired, each step could be logged so you could track the time it took to handle individual claim items.

  19. With the growing amount of companies getting more and more digital. Hilldrup would like to know if MS will begin researching companies to partner with us to enhance the paperwork side of the system. Currently, we are printing out reports (via order number) and placing a form into a dot matrix printer and making paperwork. This isn't cost efficient nor is it green like a transportation company strives to be. In addition, nor does the paperwork even look professional. We need to the ability to create our forms through templates or even image regulated state forms that create based on…

  20. Subject: AR Customer Ageing and Collections Report

    The drop down box for selecting an individual customer is so small it becomes a problem to easily scroll through and use. It is further exacerbated because it includes inactive, past customers. Is there a way to make the customer selection drop down larger and exclude inactive customers?
