Allow administrators to add to the suggested restricted field list
Allow administrators to add to the suggested restricted field list. Such as valuation and other blocks that are not on the current list.
Also, make the actual block "shipment type" to be a required field.

At this time we are unable to just add new required fields on the fly. The process is integrated with the user interface and the additional of each new fields will require programming.
I am very open to adding fields though so please continue to give me feedback on specific fields you would like to see.
