Claims - Default order
Have the same functionality as the other modules that when you enter a program, Order Information, Revenue Entry or Claims, the last order you were on displays.

What if it brought up all the claims for the order number you were on in another module as if you did a find for the order number only?

Dave, I assume you're looking for the last claim selected, rather than order because you could have multiple claims for one order.
In addition, I see an issue with this in the way we run the claims queries. For instance, a user could've run a query showing all closed claims for some reason. However, by default when you come back into the app, all open claims for that adjuster are shown and that claim would not be in their view. How would you expect the app to behave in this example?
