Notes - Access via common menu
Be able to access notes in a general area(common) so that you can easily go between orders and view the notes. Similar to the way you are currently handling Tasks.

Ignore my last comment - Different subject! Currently you have to be in one of the modules, find an order and click on the notes tab. To look at notes for another order you have to find an order and click on the notes tab. At a minimum if when you did a find you stayed on the tab you were last on, would work.

There could be notes on multiple segments of the same order. We want to be able to see all the notes without having to look up each order number independently. ie.. 283-1-9- -A, 283-1-9- -B, 283-1-9- -C, etc...

Hey David, can you expand on this a bit. I'm wondering how\why a view like this would be used. How would you want to filter this view? By coordinator of the order, by the person who entered the notes, etc... Thanks in advance!
