BI Tool Export
Right now when you use the BI Tool, you can grab data from a Main, Second and Third business categories but you can only export the top level of data. This makes the report pretty much useless as you cannot do anything with the data. We need the export function to include all levels of data.

This is a known issue and there is no timeframe as of yet that this will be corrected.
In lieu of this limitation, we have completed a number of updates to add top-level search values, such as the Order Number, to any dependent views; this will allow you to search using just about any view and export it as a top-level set of data.
