While doing collections, there are many times where it would be nice to have the capability to email an Aging Report right from the Collections Module. Right now, you can export the data to an Excel file, which then needs to be save, then attached to an Outlook email.

Better solution: Have a option that says "Email Aging" which then creates a PDF file, Opens Outlook and then puts an entry into Log Activity of what was sent and when. Much more efficient. This is similar to how you can email invoices although that email is not logged at this point
