Our customers and coordinators like to have 1 email trail so all the information on their order is easily accessible. Movers Suite Email set ups are only for outgoing emails, and the emails do not stay in the same email trail. Creating an Outlook Add-In where a coordinator can choose the order number that the email is for would allow the communications to automatically be included in the order.
