It would be convenient if there was a drop down menu that allowed you to quickly click on your previous shippers/customers file that you recently viewed.
For example, suppose 30 minutes after reviewing a file we need to pull the file up again to make a quick note or copy/paste an email into the file. if there was a drop down menu that showed us our previously viewed 10 files, we could quickly click on the file, make the note, and move on.
Currently we have to open an order, click on the find button, and input a name which can take more time. A dropdown menu would be more efficient.

Hello,
In the modules where we have the quick find, the drop down attached to the quick find field is a most recently used order list. So for example, if you are in Order Information and you click on the drop down...you will see the list of orders you have most recently accessed. This functionality works in Revenue Entry as well.
Also, we have plans to expand the quick find functionality to include more information like shipper name, dates, purchase order, etc...
