Claims Module- Add Date Fields
Add a "Actual Date Claim Recieved" and "Actual Date Claim Closed to Customer". Both fields should be capable of manual updates. This will allow legal data regarding claim timeline to be collected accuratelly.

Please add "Date" bookmark for "Actual Delivery Date"
Please add "Date" bookmark for "Actual Delivery Date". This would be very helpful in our Claims and correspondence letters to our customers. Currently only the original "planned" delivery date is available. The "actual" delivery date is required for all post delivery correspondence. Thank you for your consideration.

allow up to upload multiple pictures at one time instead of having to upload each picture individually.
we are taking pictures of damage on shipment and also international shipments. we currently can only upload one pic at a time and need to be able to do multiple as this is a time consuming process.
1 voteWith release 5.03 (scheduled for release on 9/29) we have modified the attachment so you can add multiple items at one time and apply the same details (document type, etc..) to each of the items.

Claim Module Bookmarks
- Add Claimant Record E-mail Address bookmark
- Add Claimant Record Phone number bookmark (only lists work # and claimant puts home number instead)

Claims Bookmarks
Have one "bookmark" for "ClaimAdjuster" in the data record, instead of a "ClaimAdjuster(1)(2)(3). The Claim Adjuster's name is part of the individual claim record, we just want to be able to simplyfy the number of forms to create. This would allow one form for each purpose, not 3 or 4.

Default view in Module: Open Claims Only
When you enter the Claims Module at the start of your day, we should only see open claims for you vs. every claim you have ever worked.
