  1. Please add all Automobile detail fields (make, model, year, etc.) to Bookmarks in Forms Designer. Right now, the two current auto related bookmarks in forms designer are True/ False indicators, so when relocation coordinators send their confirmation documents for auto shipments, it only has the letter "T" instead of pertinent vehicle shipping information.

  2. The Dispatch Status is available in MSCrew. We have a lot of different ones added to track paperwork. In order to make MSCrew easier, we would like to only show the Dispatch Statuses that we choose in MSCrew or have them sorted in Alphabetical Order. I think it would be best to only give the crew the options we want them to use, but if we have to keep them all, please at least sort them.

  3. It would be very helpful to bookmark the Labor Request and Equipment Request tables in the service orders so this information can be provided in written format to dispatch for each order.

    This is request is currently in the pipeline. Reference case MOV-6154 for any inquires on this improvement. Of note, we plan to add the following bookmarks:
    Labor Requests Total (just displays a numeric count of all requests)
    Labor Request Table (listing similar to what we show on the Local Service Quick View, i.e. Loader (1), Mover (2), etc. each separated by a line break.

    And then two similar ones for equipment.

  4. It would be great if we could make certain document types available for MS Crew by default. I would envision another check box on the Document Type setup in the admin tool for this.

    This would allow us to make estimates, cube sheets, premove documents, etc. available to MS Crew without needing to remember to manually make it available each time. As soon as the document was uploaded, it would automatically be set to "Available in MS Crew."

While I love the ability to create a custom work ticket based on our specific needs, the crew table is not functional in that while it allows space for the crew to handwrite in their arrival, breaks, departure, etc. It does not include a column for total hours. This needs to be available for the crew tables in both order information and O&I.

    Secondly, the printing of a custom work ticket requires that the user select whether to open as a document or email. This is not necessary and should only open as a document thus eliminating a step which…

  12. When running a card payment, have a copy of the receipt automatically upload to document management. Currently a copy is sent to our outlook inbox. We must then drag it into a file (or desktop) and upload.

  15. On your statements, it seems that your system is only filtering by zero balance order numbers. For accounts that have recurring or multiple invoices under a particular order number, only having a filter for zero balance orders doesn't work unfortunately. If the order number has a balance, your system seems to be keeping all the activity that has taken place on that order number and is displaying it on the statement. When running the statement, it is creating equal debit and credit balances for every invoice the customer has ever received. A customer who owes one invoice could get a…

  16. We would like to see more email options. When we send Invoices or other documents in an email we want to have some kind of confirmation that the receiver Received the email. We also sometimes have an entry level person send emails out, but we would like to have all the replies sent to a different email address. Please let me know if this can be done soon. :)

  19. Would like revenue to have a posted transactions tab and an unposted transactions tab. When transaction are entered, reversed and then re-entered, it is difficult to see what is posted or not especially when adding commissions
