Self-haul - reference the Customer Name or Estimate # on the reply...this will be more convenient for the Customer Service Rep...
The response for "self-haul authorized" does not reference the Customer's name or Estimate Number.....
Also need to have the "No Self-Haul" response generated to the customer service rep.

The shipper name has been added to the email. This is in release 2016 r4
