Modify Claim Alerts to allow multiple entries and give the user more options.
Users would like the ability to log multiple claim alerts for an order, allow the claim alert to be marked as high priority, have the ability to CC others on the email that is sent.

The first part of the enhancement will be included in the spring 2011 release (release 4.0).

One thought is to change the claim alert to be more of an email form, where the TO, Subject and Body would be defaulted... The user could then modify as needed, add additional recipients, update the subject, etc... When sent, the email would be inserted into notes as the claim alert is today.
