We definitely need a field for cell number, as most customers use these number instead of a home or work number. It would also be nice if we could designate each of the cell numbers we are entering as either the (Mr.) or (Mrs.).

These fields need to be able to download from RORD and also be able to print on the work ticket

More fields are needed for additional phone numbers and emails

We are in desperate need of multiple phone number fields with a way to identify whose work number, whose cell number. Also another field for secondary emails. Often the customer wants us to copy both the husband and wife.

Communication is everything in this business and I would say this is without a doubt the most important thing for us in customer service.

We need individual cell phone and home phone and work phone fields for at least two working people in the household. A drop down box is great but then if the field is filled, all numbers should show when the order information screen is up, without having to look at the drop down list.

Additionally, a field to collect the name of the spouse, and also to identify the title of the primary customer: ie - Mr. Pat Smith or Ms. Pat Smith.

Multiple fields for email addresses and identifying whom the email address is for is important.

Updating Order Information's primary screen with this contact information improves Customer Service's time management for each file they handle.

We don't use the claims mod, so I'm not sure how that functions. My thought would be a drop down box with the type of phone number (cell, home, work, etc.) and the telephone number next to it. Most likely need at least three options for origin and destination.

Having the phone number fields similar to claims would be great. Add to that the ability to see which types have numbers added. For example, if Home and Cell have numbers, they would be bold.

Our idea is to implement the phone numbers similar to how it currently works in the Claims module. Thoughts?
