Service Hour Overlap Adjustment
In a recent update the ability to have service employees with overlapping hours was included. Please make an adjustment so this restriction can be on a employee by employee basis or a labor type by labor type basis. We use temporary help during our peak so this restriction means we will have to add additional temp employees to our personnel just to be able to fill out service tickets. This seems counter productive when before the update we could just use the same temp employee.

This has been completed and is now entering testing. Look for this functionality in 2017 R01.
