scroll bars when creating invoices so we can view and pull over all costs aganst a revenue group
when creating an invoice, we can no longer view all of the items under a revenue group. we need to be able to view them so we can pull them over to be included on suplimental invoices

This was addressed as bug 3660 and will be included in the 4.1 release of MoversSuite.
