In the Safety Information you have Physical Date and DL date, we need SAF51 regardless if it is VanLine Or Own authority.
SAF51 is required annually to get from our drivers statement of any tickets accidents etc. We need it in their handwritting annually.

We have added the ability to log when the last motor vehicle report was rec’d and when the next is due…as well as log the last background check date and certificate number…as well as when the next is due. This will be included in the next general release of MoversSuite.

NAVL calls it a TVC (Traffic Violation Ceritification) - it is an annual reporting to the carrier by the driver of any/all violations, regardless of type of vehicle involved. It is a DOT requirement; failure to submit by the posted time results in disbarment (unqualified status).
