Order History - include Revenue Clerk
In Order History, we would like to see the Revenue Clerk changes. As times change and we grow the data in Movers Suite is extremely important for it to be accurate. We have required Account Profiles on every order and we have set up our default Revenue Clerk based on the Account Profile. I am still finding orders where the Revenue is not correct. The revenue clerks have tasks/reports to help them find their orders. (We want all revenue clerks to work out of Document Management, not waiting for paperwork to appear on their desk.) I need to see how the wrong revenue clerk is being entered so I can correct the issue.
