Self Haul rejections
Would like to see an automated process to notify the coordinator when a self haul is rejected with name and date and time of rejection.

Automate an email that goes to the coordinator when self haul is clicked "no" or declined by long distance dispatch.

This only gives you the date and time if the answer is yes, along with an email. It would be a big help if we got a yes or no response with a date/time stamp

To add on to this: Make a Note that will keep track of all of the requests, rejections and acceptance of all Request to Haul activities

could be an auto generated email which can be activated or deactivated in admin tool just like auto email for "Self Haul Authorized".
