  1. When editing the order info screen and trying to tab from the new name/contact info section to the actual load date the cursor gets stuck on the blank line in the name section and does not allow you to tab any further.

  3. Problems come up when a date is changed on a current order and not all the proper personnel are notified. This goes both ways, if dispatch changes a date...coordination needs to now. If the date is change by a coordinator or salesperson, the dispatcher needs to now.

  5. The report would provide the user with several sort/drill down options. The sales productivity report in TP was extremely valuable to drill down for data by various parameters - load date, booker, hauler, bill to, invoice date, authority, sales person, etc. By giving the user the ability to define their query, you can drill down to details that are not easily obtained using the other standard reports.

  7. Adding the hauling docs received field to the local dispatch grid would let the dispatcher know if paperwork has been received or not, withouth having to open the order.

  8. I suggest that you have a refund notification, similar to the claim notification functionality.
    This way move managers can send notification to accounting - they can then audit and provide the refund as necessary

  11. is there any way to have pop up windows that different departments could personalize depending on their needs.

    for customer service having a pop up window come up before you leave an order/acct asking did you request self haul? would be amazing especially during the summer months. it would cut down on error, the possibilities are endless. just didnt know if this was even a possibility. another scenario is if we dont have destination address TBD for example and have a window pop up "Update destianation address".

    just a thought.

  12. we have accounts that use the Ca tariff with specific disounts. When using CPU to bring over actual packing, it would make life easier to be able to discount by group instead of individual cartons

  13. With multiple people at multiple agencies working on individual customer files, having the ability to communicate effectively at the file level is absolutely essential. This enhancement request would allow for some form of standardized messaging capability within the file level notes. Currently, most people are using email and some are cutting and pasting these communications from their personal email in to the file notes of Mover's Suite and some are not.   18. When using dual monitors, currently any active input boxes (to enter notes, for example) center between the screens. It would be much easier if it would pick a "main" monitor and open in the center of that. OR have a memory of where the user moves the box so that each time we need a box to pop up, it goes to that location on our screen.

    When it opens in the center of the two monitors, it's very hard to read.

  19. The commission statemets show a commisson total by order. This tells me how much the drivers is getting paid. I want to see a revenue total as well. This will allowe me to check the statements for reasonableness. I could easily compare what the company is getting on commission items to what is being paid to the driver.
