  1. Subject: AR Customer Ageing and Collections Report

    The drop down box for selecting an individual customer is so small it becomes a problem to easily scroll through and use. It is further exacerbated because it includes inactive, past customers. Is there a way to make the customer selection drop down larger and exclude inactive customers?

  2. In revenue entry when you click save and add new that the new screen defaults the cursor to the top for branch.

  3. We can pull multiple items over on the Liability and Chargebacks tab, but the Receivables tab requires each line item to be set up individually. On a very large claim, this is a huge time expense to build the Receivable for an invoice and then, if there is an error, it is difficult to find the error. We would like to be able to pull all items at once to a single customer number. This will save a great deal of time and help to eliminate the possibility of error.

  12. Now that commissionable employees was integrated into the Work Tickets spot on order info it is easy to miss. This should have been kept separate.

  13. When editing the order info screen and trying to tab from the new name/contact info section to the actual load date the cursor gets stuck on the blank line in the name section and does not allow you to tab any further.

  15. Problems come up when a date is changed on a current order and not all the proper personnel are notified. This goes both ways, if dispatch changes a date...coordination needs to now. If the date is change by a coordinator or salesperson, the dispatcher needs to now.

  17. The report would provide the user with several sort/drill down options. The sales productivity report in TP was extremely valuable to drill down for data by various parameters - load date, booker, hauler, bill to, invoice date, authority, sales person, etc. By giving the user the ability to define their query, you can drill down to details that are not easily obtained using the other standard reports.

  19. I suggest that you have a refund notification, similar to the claim notification functionality.
    This way move managers can send notification to accounting - they can then audit and provide the refund as necessary
