Put in an error message if you have revenue items that have a branch number that does not match the one on the order.
We have multiple branches and sometimes the wrong branch is entered when in revenue entry and you are putting in a revenue item. If it is not caught we get Trial Balance out of Balance between the branches and it causes a lot of time to find out which one it is. It is even worse if the statement processing has already occured and the payment gets applied to a revenue item with the wrong branch. Duplicate Order Branch Change
We have multiple Branches and sometimes one of the branches does one part of the move and another branch does something else on the move. We Duplicate the order , but then we have to run a report that Matt set up for us to change the branch. We would like you to give the option to change the branch when you duplicate an order.

Packing Import
Packing Import is selecting OA branch and not the office where actuals are entered. This causes a lot of problems by posting revenue to wrong branch.

Have a highlighting option, where you can highlighlight specific areas in notes and or key words that really stnad out, for example "
It would be so noce to have a highlighter in MS, especially for the Special Instructions area to highlight specific words such as VIP, Reweigh, etc, this would allow us to see key words when there are detailed notes.

undo the integration of commissionable employees into the work ticket section
Now that commissionable employees was integrated into the Work Tickets spot on order info it is easy to miss. This should have been kept separate.

recall the feature that automatically fills in the actual amount
when downloading from United the actual amount on the billing info tab automatically fills in. Please undo this! If you are trying to edit the order while it is still downloading it does not allow you to save any changes and errors out. Also, the actual amount in United is not usually the actual amount that we use in Mover's Suite.

allow order info to tab from name/contact info to actual load date
When editing the order info screen and trying to tab from the new name/contact info section to the actual load date the cursor gets stuck on the blank line in the name section and does not allow you to tab any further.

Add the ability to define a "script" for tasks.
It would be nice for training purposes to be able to define a "script" on tasks. For example if the task indicates that a call is needed to the shipper, the script can give helpful instruction on the things to discuss. The script could also have more detail on what is expected to be done in order to complete the task.

Provide a notification system between Order Information and dispatch modules to report date changes.
Problems come up when a date is changed on a current order and not all the proper personnel are notified. This goes both ways, if dispatch changes a date...coordination needs to now. If the date is change by a coordinator or salesperson, the dispatcher needs to now.

Allow for text searches in Notes and other large text fields.
It would be nice to quickly search notes for instances of certain text to help you quickly locate information you are looking for.

create a report option similar to the "Sales Productivity Report" in TransPlus.
The report would provide the user with several sort/drill down options. The sales productivity report in TP was extremely valuable to drill down for data by various parameters - load date, booker, hauler, bill to, invoice date, authority, sales person, etc. By giving the user the ability to define their query, you can drill down to details that are not easily obtained using the other standard reports.

Add the Hauling Docs Received field (which is on the Billing Information tab) to the Local Dispatch Grid.
Adding the hauling docs received field to the local dispatch grid would let the dispatcher know if paperwork has been received or not, withouth having to open the order.
