Invoicing - fix the way that rate type for percentage displays on the invoice
When you use the rate type of percentage it displays on the invoice as a flat amount and should have a $. Also, the rate dispays with a $ and should display with a % or 0.05 for 5%. We get a lot of customer complaints that this is confusing to them.

Phone number columns in local dispatch based on phone number ranking -

Change Local Dispatch and assignment of crew members
We would like the ability in local dispatch to know who is still available to schedule.
Currently in Local Dispatch when you assign a crew member to a job, and you select that job - the crew member will be orange in the grid. However, when you click on another job to assign more members those that were assigned to the job before look available again. For small jobs that works as you may double up jobs and crews.
We are just looking for the added option of a color code or a status report.

When using the "Find" button it would be nice to see your unbilled orders instead of running a report.
Using the "Find" button then on the Dispatch Information tab so you could pick a date range and what type of authority you were wanting. Once MS pulled the orders you could select one and it would bring you right to the order in Revenue Entry.

tasks
when in tasks during the last update it took away the abiliity to highlight the next task. When preforming my tasks i use the hot keys and since it doesnt automatically highlight the next task it takes longer in completing. Also it would be nice since we use tasks for credit the ability to see the billing tab from the task screen instead of going into each order.

Add a column to the Payment Mgmt - Batch Mgmt tab for the Cash/Clearing Acct .
It would be nice to have a column on the Batch Management tab for the Cash/Clearing Acct so you glance quickly to see what account was used without clicking the detail button.

Put back the "auto apply" feature that would allow you to apply to all the oldest invoice on all selected reg numbers
When a vender pays a large number of invoices on one check you should be able to hit auto apply and have MS apply the outstanding balance of the payment to all of the invoices selected in cash receipts. In the new payment management you have to click on each invoice to apply. The government and some other large companies can pay up to 50 invoices at once. That was one click on auto apply in the old payment management but 50 clicks to apply in the new.

Edit info for second 3rd party invoices
We would like to be able to edit the date for 3rd party invoices. Currently:
1) Entered a 3rd party invoice.
2) Added another 3rd Party invoice. Selected the first invoice and clicked in the Invoice Number field and edited invoice # and clicked in the amount and changed the amount. Saved this record.
3) Then clicked Edit Item and on the 3rd party invoice created in step 2, changed the date.The enhancement request to change the invoice date in step 2 would save the user from doing step 3.

make icon alerting a note to a task colored
When making a note to a task, it's very hard to see the icon that alerts you that the task has a note attached to it. It would be helpful if that icon was a different color. Otherwise it blends in.

Download Surveyor, Coordinator and Estimator into MS.
Currently, in the XML that is downloaded from the mainframe as I have just seen it, the coordinator, and salesperson download. Can MS please add a field into the Administrator site that links the Transportation Coordinator to the Service Crew ID that is downloaded from the mainframe? Half of the battle was getting the information from the mainframe, but this one is already coming down! Thanks. Brad @ Hilldrup

I would like to view all the moves that are assigned to me at a glance in the Contents screen.
If I could view my customers at a glance, I could not only keep track of how much I truly have going on, but it would make it quicker to get to the customers order in MS if they happen to call in but aren't listed in my workflow.

Capture dates and history of Claim Item Status changes with each Claim Item
It would be helpful to see a history of claim status changes with dates and who made the changes. As an item maybe moved from Inspection to In-Progress to Repair Pending to Repaired, each step could be logged so you could track the time it took to handle individual claim items.

Autocreating Forms and Storing within Document Management
With the growing amount of companies getting more and more digital. Hilldrup would like to know if MS will begin researching companies to partner with us to enhance the paperwork side of the system. Currently, we are printing out reports (via order number) and placing a form into a dot matrix printer and making paperwork. This isn't cost efficient nor is it green like a transportation company strives to be. In addition, nor does the paperwork even look professional. We need to the ability to create our forms through templates or even image regulated state forms that create based on…

that a check box be available when setting up an invoice to designate whether you would like to upload the invoice to imaging or not.
After so many invoices are completed for an order, imaging will not allow us to attach other docs we may need. Our invoices are listed in the summary screen, uploading seems to duplicate that information.

Add to MS in the C/S verison on the Move Information tap under the auto section a spot for delivery spread
