Add the additional space to enter "Misc. Instructions/Additional Special Instructions"
We are only able to type so much info under "origin" and so much for "destination". Can we add another column to enter "Additional Special Instructions" , this would print on the bottom of the BOL .

Have the most current invoice be selected instead of the first invoice.
When on the summary tab, the first invoice that was created is selecting. On storage billing, we have to scroll up each time to review any current invoice. Some lots are open for 10+ years and are billed monthly (lot of invoices). It would be easier for auditing purposes, as well as creating duplicate invoices for project billing if the default was the newest invoice. Thanks!

Include order and invoice number in both cash receipts and payment management
When entering items in cash receipts, it only list invoice number. When items are moved to payment management it only lists the order number. If something prevents the receipt from being applied in cash receipts, it does not bring payment over matched to the receipt. the user is then forced to use payment management to apply and look up all the invoice numbers,

Change the description of a Cash Receipt in Dynamics GP Order Inquiry
Before our upgrade, we were able to see why type of cash receipt had been applied to an order...Ex..Credit card, check. This made finding that cash receipt very easy. After the upgrade, all the description says is "Cash Receipt" with the cash receipt #. You can look it up this way, but its just another step in finding the payment and seeing how it was applied. Going back to the way it was would be more efficient.

add Driver Assignment in Order Entry
I would like the ability to assign a driver from the Order Information module.
Once you book an order - you may know who the driver is already for the load. Instead of having to find the load in dispatch and then assign a driver, if you could assign from one of the tabs in Order Information (maybe billing tab since order personnel is there - or agents?) Add additional filters for AR Collections Report Aging Data
Ability to select to print the AR Collections Report by Aging categories. For example: only balances older than 61+ days; or balances older than 90+ days; etc. This gives ability to produce a smaller collections report targeted on customers with oldest AR balances.

Allow "Hauling Documents Received" Date as a Dependency Date for Tasks
Reasoning behind this would be that when the hauling documents are received, a task would prompt the revenue processor assigned to the order to process the shipment (Scan docs to corporate, book revenue, close order.)

Let me know if you think this is a better solution than adding the Hauling Documents Received Date.

Allow option to default days calculation to actual calendar days or 30 days
The government wants all storage in arrears calculated at 30 days per month not actual days. We have to manually correct calculations every quarter on a spreadsheet because Movers Suite does not allow us to calculate that way.

Allow Van Line Statements to Apply to the Order
We would like to be able to import a statement and apply it directly to an order to the default customer ID without touching all of the transacitons,

Default Customer ID on Unapplied amount
In Payment Management when applying a payment as an unapplied amount, change the default customer ID to the default customer ID on the order. Being a dual agent, its a very cumbersome process to apply a statement. When an Allied registered order is paid on a North American statement, it requires you to change the customer ID for unapplied amounts otherwise a transfer is necessary. Touching hundreds of transactions is tough enough and this would help a great deal.

Show origin and destination zip codes on invoices.
The hauling mileage, billing weight, origin & destination addresses with cities and states show on invoices, but no zip codes. Auditors prefer that all key pieces of information used to determine basic charges show on the invoice, and zip codes are key pieces of information for this purpose -- especially with some intrastate charges and zip-zone based charges. Thank you.

Allow the "Branch" to be changed...
Allow the "Branch" to be changed if incorrect branch is downloaded or chosen without having to call MoversSuite and convince them change it for us, because they are not supposed to. If the change can be done, why not allow the employee to make the necessary changes, without having to bother MoversSuite and take 30 minutes to an hour to wait for this change to allow us to continue working on this order. Because orders are never actually "cancelled", if the order has to be entered a second time using the correct branch number, we are left with a confusing…

Payment Management
PT fee posted as negative in our revenue. When we receive the payment from the carrier or the vl, they have the same neg amount in the detail of their payment. But yet we can not apply the negative to the negative. Have to apply the negative to unapplied. This causes extra steps to balance out an order.
