Allow extra stop address to appear on work ticket without attaching it to a local service
When listing an extra stop address under the extra stop information, it would be helpful to have it print on the work ticket like it used to do. Now it will only print if the address is attached with a local service, even if it's listed in the extra stop tab. We have to remember to attach the address to any service that includes that address.

After careful consideration and review of input from a variety of people wishing to add this feature back and others wishing not, we decided to focus on building into our Forms Designer (formerly Letter Management) the ability to create your own Work Ticket forms. With these forms, you have the option to display Extra Stops at the order-level only and/or display all stops explicitly set on the service.

The pack and load crews need to know that there is an extra delivery so that they can label and inventory items appropriately. Even though the delivery is happening on another day.

Many coordinators fail to remember to include the extra stop when sending the services to operations. If the extra stops are not included in the services sent, then this will not print on the work ticket and can cause may problems for the crew. It would be nice if the extra stops would print on the work tickets without having to click on extra stops when the services are sent to operations.

Drivers need this to print on the work ticket for deliveries. its very important for this info to be on the work tickets.
