Text users from moverssuite
Many customers prefer to only receive texts instead of calls and be able to reply to them. A way to text from Moverssuite and have responses saved back to Moverssuite. Also to build on that. automated texts about crew arrival times or follow up survey questions that saves and tracks replies.

Customers are responding to emails and phone calls less frequently. We need to utilize SMS to get through to them.
