Being able to edit the order number in case it was entered incorrectly
Being able to edit the order number in case it was entered incorrectly. This would save a lot of time and efficiencies if we could correct the error vs. having to cancel, and recreate the entry.
You will have the ability to re-book orders to change order numbers in release 5.22

@Paz - Thanks for the idea. We've heard this one from a few others recently, but have been struggling a bit on the implementation.
Things to think through:
1. This should probably be secured to only allow certain users this ability, correct?
2. If Work Tickets have been printed and/or crew assigned to the services, would you really want to change that order number? There would be no record of the order that's printed on the crew's work ticket.
3. If driver advances had been given on the order, they will be generated/tagged with the incorrect order number in the GP payables module, and cannot be updated with the new order number.
4. If, for some reason, the order makes it far enough to generate billing before changing the order number, you'll again have documents in GP that will not match the correct order number. We haven't found a great solution to this yet. One important note to point out is that the release that's coming out in a couple of weeks has a *greatly* enhanced ability to create a new order by duplicating an existing order with almost all of the fields in order information, special instructions, and all of the notes on the original order. If you had that ability, would it still be as painful to cancel the original and create a new one from it?
