In local services tab in Order Information, display job start time and crew as set by local dispatch for each service.

I think that this is a great idea! One place for Customer Service to find ETA and Crew Leader information. Operations is going to be using the Dispatch Status field to inform Customer Service of the ETA and it would be nice to see the crew leader displayed next to it.
