Job Costing
It would be great to be able to add columns under compare orders reporting. Adding columns such as shipment weight, or origin address and destination address would be super helpful!

Update order history instead of amending it on a duplicated order.
I think the main reason to duplicate is to save time on entries for a new order with a lot of the same info so you only have to enter a few things vs. a whole new order.
The order history also duplicates, instead it should update. Update with the new date of the duplicated order and update as the fields are edited so that the order history only reflects a history as if the order was created brand new.

Include Office & Industrial's Job Start/Finish in the "Find Orders By" screen
Could you please include the "Job Start/Finish" Fields inside of the "Find Orders By" screen? Currently, if you are trying to find an order that originated in the office & industrial module. There is no way to know what time period the order is for.

Required Fields based on Authority
I would like Authority to be added as a category in addition to shipment type for the field requirements. This would help in distinguishing between local and interstate requirements. Also if you are able to add this I would like the registration date on the agents tab added as a required field.
I am trying to avoid manually keying required fields that would otherwise automatically download from the van line.

Have the option to include DOCS when duplicating an order.
We have multiple locations involved in a move. When duplicating the move we would like to have all of the documents in the duplicate order. Like we can included the order notes now, same idea just also be able to select to include the documents attached to an order when duplicating.

Duplicated Order Notes - not all notes
Have a checkbox on each note (default checked) that denotes whether or not that note can be duplicated. Allows for notes that make no sense duplicated (Credit Checks for instance) to be kept off a duplicate order.

I would like to view all the moves that are assigned to me at a glance in the Contents screen.
If I could view my customers at a glance, I could not only keep track of how much I truly have going on, but it would make it quicker to get to the customers order in MS if they happen to call in but aren't listed in my workflow.

In revenue entry when you click save and add new that the new screen defaults the cursor to the top for branch.

allow order info to tab from name/contact info to actual load date
When editing the order info screen and trying to tab from the new name/contact info section to the actual load date the cursor gets stuck on the blank line in the name section and does not allow you to tab any further.

Provide a notification system between Order Information and dispatch modules to report date changes.
Problems come up when a date is changed on a current order and not all the proper personnel are notified. This goes both ways, if dispatch changes a date...coordination needs to now. If the date is change by a coordinator or salesperson, the dispatcher needs to now.

Make the vehicle make field & the first name field longer
We are having issues fitting the husband & wife name as well as car names such as Jeep Grand Cherokee in the fields.

pop up windows
is there any way to have pop up windows that different departments could personalize depending on their needs.
for customer service having a pop up window come up before you leave an order/acct asking did you request self haul? would be amazing especially during the summer months. it would cut down on error, the possibilities are endless. just didnt know if this was even a possibility. another scenario is if we dont have destination address TBD for example and have a window pop up "Update destianation address".
just a thought.

An enhancement request that would allow for file level messaging(emails, etc.) which saves at the file level within notes area.
With multiple people at multiple agencies working on individual customer files, having the ability to communicate effectively at the file level is absolutely essential. This enhancement request would allow for some form of standardized messaging capability within the file level notes. Currently, most people are using email and some are cutting and pasting these communications from their personal email in to the file notes of Mover's Suite and some are not. Creating this standard platform for file level communication would create efficiency in process and improve customer service since all communication on a specific file would be viewable at the…
