new Book Marks
Add Book Marks for the Container fields. Users would then be able to generate locators cards from MoversSuite without having to utilize the User Defined fields.

Mover's Suite Email: We would like to be able to have more options under the To: button
Email: We are using the MS email, but there are times we want to email from the report window like commission statements to the commissionable people and or work tickets to drivers. Would we be able to have a public and personal address books that could be accessed through the TO: button? or sometimes we want to email someone else within the company to work on something while were gone. Besides the replies not automatically being associated with orders, I think this is the number 2 complaint. (beside the slowness). ;) Please advise if this can be done. PS. Let…

Job Costing Detail
On the grid for the job costing, it would be helpful if the grid showed total hours and a break down or cost type (labor, vehicle, materials)

allow year over year comparisons in reports.
It would be nice to do year over year reporting within a single report window for sales, billing/revenue reports. Closing ratios, revenue generated, and sales numbers are a few examples of reports where this would be nice.

Be able to mark Report Profiles and Security Profiles as inactive
I would like to be able to mark some Report Profiles and Security Profiles as inactive. Then display only the active ones. I need to do some clean up, and be more consistent across our whole company.

modify Commission Statement to include a line at bottom of commission secion that shows grand total of the commissions.
While the subtotal for each order is great, a grand total of the commissions would also be very helpful to report... but also to analyze utilization during the reporting period. Also is much handier to use if turning over the information to a payroll service in order to report gross commission (taxable) versus the non-taxable items.

ability to add multiple Modules/Branches at once to Security Profiles.
I would like to be able to select multiple Modules and/or Branches or be able to select add all in the Security Profiles. It takes way too much time to add each Branch and Each Module individually.

Qlab information sync with the Quote module
I would like to see an integration between Qlab and the MS Quote module so that the items selected in MS auto populate on the Quote module.

Automatically put the Workticket in DM when one is created
We have so many people that need access to the Work Ticket - My main issue is that you need full access to Local Dispatch in order to create a work ticket (I would love this to be fixed), but I have people that just want to view it after it has been created too. I think that this could easily be fixed if when it was created it was automatically uploaded to DM.

Bookmarking/editing
Open up Type of move to be book marked and allow users to modify/add to the existing work ticket to customize with verbiage that best fits their needs.
1 voteType of Move is currently a bookmark. Part 2 of this request is to open up the Work Ticket and that is exactly what we plan to provide in the next few months.

AR Collections- Be able to Separate Collectors on Class ID's for different Branches
If we have different offices that are working with the same customer, we use the same customer ID. It would be great to be able to assign the collector based on the Class ID and the branch.

ability to run a report to see how much revenue was entered by each person that generated revenue, not just the Revenue Clerk.
We will have a few different Revenue Clerks on the same order. For instance if we performed OA work then 1 person enters that revenue, if we hauled the shipment another person enters that revenue, if it is a booker release order then someone else actually audits and sends the invoice, if it goes into storage someone else enters revenue. I would like to be able to get a more accurate account of how much work is actually being processed by each person. Please let me know if there is anything currently available that i could use.

Deleting erroneous deposits
MSS needs to enable deleting erroneous deposits by users of a certain level of user security. There are many times when a new user, or a new company just learning, are entering deposits that are either duplicates, entered incorrectly, etc. that just simply need to be deleted in MSS. GP offers that functionality but we cannot reflect the removal of the erroneous deposit in MSS without having someone from MSS do it for us.

Allow FIND option for Origin and/or Destination City and State search
It would be helpful to be able to find orders by their Origin and/or Destination City in the Order Information Screen.

Required Fields based on Authority
I would like Authority to be added as a category in addition to shipment type for the field requirements. This would help in distinguishing between local and interstate requirements. Also if you are able to add this I would like the registration date on the agents tab added as a required field.
I am trying to avoid manually keying required fields that would otherwise automatically download from the van line.
