extra stops
Hello, I would like to be able to import extra stops into excel. The reason is that I have a massive job that we do every year that grows and has multiple stops. I can duplicate the order, but I need to send dispatch the stops for routing every year and I have to type them out for them. A very frustrating and time consuming process. Then I have to delete all of the stops and reenter them in the order of the new routing. There has got to be a better way.... Thank you

I would like to be able to make bank accounts inactive in payment management so that they wouldn't show up in the dropdown.
We have changed bank accounts more than once. We now have so many bank accounts that show up in the dropdown, that it is easy to pick the wrong one. It would be nice to be able to make them inactive so the dropdown doesn't have so many choices.

although Updater is a nice feature, as MC we are slammed with user issues. Please have a contact phone number since we cannot assist with this program/portal at all. These issues need to be addressed directly and NOT thru the MC who has to stop and call MS. Perhaps there is a phone number, but evidently no one can see or find it that is attempting to change their status through Updater

In AR Collection Inquiry Tool, the ability to develop a custom search and allow the end product to be saved for future use. Also, the ability to expand all customer accounts without the complete billing detail. Only show customer name, order number and open invoice numbers.

TEXT MSG POSTING
ALL TEXT MESSAGES NEED TO POST INTO NOTES. ANY TEXT WITH THE CUSTOMER MUST TRANSFER UNDER CATEGORY TEST MSG. This is very annoying that it does not and will not allow a screen shot either.

Add Mobile Mover Integration
We would like to have Mobile Mover integrate with Mover's Suite. This would allow us to send the move information that is already in Mover's Suite to the Mobile Mover application instead of manually entering it into the app.

Add a field in the sit screen that auto calculates days in sit
When actual dates in and out of sit are entered it would be nice if there were an actual days field that auto calculates the days in sit including the 1st day. That way it can fill in the number of days field on the 619-1. Also the current days field could be changed to days authorized to make the difference clear.

Credit Limit Notifications
Right now the credit limit notifications only take into consideration a customer's current A/R. It would be helpful if when booking a move the notifications take into consideration the customer's current A/R and the estimated charges on the order that the move coordinator is attempting to book. Basically adding the two numbers to determine what, if any, notification needs to be sent or the customer blocked from booking to it.

As someone who audits revenue, I want to see why revenue or commissions are being reversed or adjusted. I would like a note to be added at the time the button is pushed instead of click on each note for each line item that is being reversed or adjusted. This is very time consuming.

Revenue Entry: When making a Group Function Reverse be able to add a note that would add to each entry created.
In Revenue when using a Group function to reverse commission entries, I would like to be able to add a note that will be entered with each entry on the commission line item. Basically add a reason why I am reversing the entries. Right now I have to click on each Note icon and add the note. This makes the process very time consuming so most people don't add a note as to why they are reversing the commission, but this is important to know why.

Match downloads to GBL
When we do not have an estimate for download from Unigroup to match and the order is being registered by the vanline and we do not have the order number yet, can the downloads be made to search for the GBL number on the Military page to match to our Lead?

Be able to copy a quote to another lead or order
A quote was created in a lead or other order, then a duplicate order was created in error. We would like the ability to copy the quote to the duplicated order or any order for that fact.

Have more functionality in Payment Management. Be able to see all payments posted for a particular shipper and how they were applied.
I would like the ability to type in a customer/account number, set a date range, and see a report that shows me all the payments received and to which invoices those payments were applied.

Update order history instead of amending it on a duplicated order.
I think the main reason to duplicate is to save time on entries for a new order with a lot of the same info so you only have to enter a few things vs. a whole new order.
The order history also duplicates, instead it should update. Update with the new date of the duplicated order and update as the fields are edited so that the order history only reflects a history as if the order was created brand new.
