  1. Create a module for equipment, where you can view/manage equipment much like orders and claims are managed. Where equipment related docs can be uploaded and viewed (like in orders), changes can be updated and tracked, notes can be added and tasks can be created for reminders like inspection or registration.
    This would make updating the equipment easier and more user friendly.

  2. Often in our business, we get a PO number weeks after generating invoices and presenting them to the customer. It would be great if we could pull up an invoice, type a PO number on it and re-save as same invoice number without changing anything else. This way, I could pick the invoice out of a list in the credit and collections screen and email it to our customer with the PO number on it. thank You.

  3. I would like to be able to add and/or edit special instructions on a Local Service after the crew and equipment has been assigned. Dispatch is always looking at the dispatch board and this would be a way for them to see a change without going into notes.

  4. When we issue a credit memo there is no where to enter in the original invoice number that the credit memo goes with. Having this information would make cash applications much more efficient and allow for automation.

  5. I spend my day in the revenue module,
    I would like to be able to view the estimated Load and Delivery dates without going to the Order Information Module. Anyway to add these fields to the shipment Details?

  6. Create a column in the GP Order Inquiry to include check/payment numbers. This would be a good tool/report for customers when reconciling their accounts when exported to excel

  7. A portion of our local work comes from our client with an order number already assigned. Currently we have to start a new order with type of move as an InterVL in order to select no van line to be able to use the order number provided by the client. Then after the order is entered go in and change it from InterVL to local so it doesn't appear in our long haul dispatch. It would be beneficial if we could select local with no van line and our custom order number from the beginning.

  8. Create a "wall board" utility that can cast/project the daily local dispatch calendar to a separate monitor for viewing by drivers/crews. The cast would update in real time as the calendar is updated by a dispatcher. This is regularly done in call centers to show real time call volume.

  9. In the claims module under the claim items tab, fix it so that double clicking an item will allow it to open instead of selecting the item and using the edit button. Just like double clicking above on a claim opens the claim detail to edit.

  10. allow local services to be delete/removed, not just cancel . For instances when you enter the wrong dates under options and create 30 services by mistake.

  11. CSV Import Enhancement request. We a are required to include a check number on our cash receipts. We do receive the number on our lock box file but are unable to transfer this data into the current CSV spreadsheet for upload. We are currently manually adding the number. Please let me know if you can update the spreadsheet to include the extra field.

  13. Shipments that have an overflow, military often provide 2nd SIT authorization # (or more depending on the number of overflow portions). SIT tab should allow for the additional input of multiple SIT #'s for each overflow instead of having to create an new job order. Typically the whole shipment will deliver out at the same time, and billing would be simplified.

  15. Hello, I would like to be able to import extra stops into excel. The reason is that I have a massive job that we do every year that grows and has multiple stops. I can duplicate the order, but I need to send dispatch the stops for routing every year and I have to type them out for them. A very frustrating and time consuming process. Then I have to delete all of the stops and reenter them in the order of the new routing. There has got to be a better way.... Thank you

  17. We have changed bank accounts more than once. We now have so many bank accounts that show up in the dropdown, that it is easy to pick the wrong one. It would be nice to be able to make them inactive so the dropdown doesn't have so many choices.

  18. although Updater is a nice feature, as MC we are slammed with user issues. Please have a contact phone number since we cannot assist with this program/portal at all. These issues need to be addressed directly and NOT thru the MC who has to stop and call MS. Perhaps there is a phone number, but evidently no one can see or find it that is attempting to change their status through Updater

  19. In AR Collection Inquiry Tool, the ability to develop a custom search and allow the end product to be saved for future use. Also, the ability to expand all customer accounts without the complete billing detail. Only show customer name, order number and open invoice numbers.

  20. ALL TEXT MESSAGES NEED TO POST INTO NOTES. ANY TEXT WITH THE CUSTOMER MUST TRANSFER UNDER CATEGORY TEST MSG. This is very annoying that it does not and will not allow a screen shot either.
