Have a copy of the payment receipt automatically upload to document manager.
When running a card payment, have a copy of the receipt automatically upload to document management. Currently a copy is sent to our outlook inbox. We must then drag it into a file (or desktop) and upload.

BI Tool Report Design
In the report design I can report off of Order Information as the main category and local services as the secondary. I need to do the opposite. I need to be able to pull retained revenue off of imported worktickets by the workticket by day. I could do this if you allowed order information as a second category on the local services category

allow doubling clicking to open claim items
In the claims module under the claim items tab, fix it so that double clicking an item will allow it to open instead of selecting the item and using the edit button. Just like double clicking above on a claim opens the claim detail to edit.

Monthly Statement
Movers Suite Customer Statements makes you summarize invoices to a specific date instead of just what ever is open. Because of this the Date of the Invoice is made the summarized date instead of what the actual invoice date is. - I would like to either have the summarize button replaced to open invoices or be able to use the actual invoice date not the summarized date.

Create Equipment Module
Create a module for equipment, where you can view/manage equipment much like orders and claims are managed. Where equipment related docs can be uploaded and viewed (like in orders), changes can be updated and tracked, notes can be added and tasks can be created for reminders like inspection or registration.

assign custom order number to a local order vs an auto populated order number
A portion of our local work comes from our client with an order number already assigned. Currently we have to start a new order with type of move as an InterVL in order to select no van line to be able to use the order number provided by the client. Then after the order is entered go in and change it from InterVL to local so it doesn't appear in our long haul dispatch. It would be beneficial if we could select local with no van line and our custom order number from the beginning.

automatic emails
It would be nice to be able to set up form email templates that would auto generate and send based upon criteria in the order. For example, if the Self Haul authorization is changed from yes to no, it would send an email to the trans coordinator. Or if a new order is booked in the system, an email generates to the trans coordinator that it is assigned to. We have multiple locations and a central call center and military offers center the accepts and books shipments on behalf of all of our locations. This simple addition would make things…

In the MSCrew app on the Job Summary doc, add an editable field below the signature where the name of the signer can be entered so it is legible.

allow local services to be delete/removed, not just cancel . For instances when you enter the wrong dates under options and create 30 services by mistake.

Day Notes
When OTR kicks an order over from Self Haul to Van Line haul, MSuite should email coordinator automatically. We often don't know this has happened until we get a van line notification of driver assignment.

CSV Import
CSV Import Enhancement request. We a are required to include a check number on our cash receipts. We do receive the number on our lock box file but are unable to transfer this data into the current CSV spreadsheet for upload. We are currently manually adding the number. Please let me know if you can update the spreadsheet to include the extra field.

Local Dispatch Special Instructions Update
I would like to be able to add and/or edit special instructions on a Local Service after the crew and equipment has been assigned. Dispatch is always looking at the dispatch board and this would be a way for them to see a change without going into notes.

Ability to add additional SIT information (authorization #, days, expiration, etc.) for shipments with overflows.
Shipments that have an overflow, military often provide 2nd SIT authorization # (or more depending on the number of overflow portions). SIT tab should allow for the additional input of multiple SIT #'s for each overflow instead of having to create an new job order. Typically the whole shipment will deliver out at the same time, and billing would be simplified.

extra stops
Hello, I would like to be able to import extra stops into excel. The reason is that I have a massive job that we do every year that grows and has multiple stops. I can duplicate the order, but I need to send dispatch the stops for routing every year and I have to type them out for them. A very frustrating and time consuming process. Then I have to delete all of the stops and reenter them in the order of the new routing. There has got to be a better way.... Thank you

Wall Board for the Local Dispatch Calendar
Create a "wall board" utility that can cast/project the daily local dispatch calendar to a separate monitor for viewing by drivers/crews. The cast would update in real time as the calendar is updated by a dispatcher. This is regularly done in call centers to show real time call volume.

I would like to be able to make bank accounts inactive in payment management so that they wouldn't show up in the dropdown.
We have changed bank accounts more than once. We now have so many bank accounts that show up in the dropdown, that it is easy to pick the wrong one. It would be nice to be able to make them inactive so the dropdown doesn't have so many choices.
