  2. I spend my day in the revenue module,
    I would like to be able to view the estimated Load and Delivery dates without going to the Order Information Module. Anyway to add these fields to the shipment Details?

  3. Right now the credit limit notifications only take into consideration a customer's current A/R. It would be helpful if when booking a move the notifications take into consideration the customer's current A/R and the estimated charges on the order that the move coordinator is attempting to book. Basically adding the two numbers to determine what, if any, notification needs to be sent or the customer blocked from booking to it.

  4. although Updater is a nice feature, as MC we are slammed with user issues. Please have a contact phone number since we cannot assist with this program/portal at all. These issues need to be addressed directly and NOT thru the MC who has to stop and call MS. Perhaps there is a phone number, but evidently no one can see or find it that is attempting to change their status through Updater

  5. We would like to send our driver commission statements all at one time to each individual contractor. Our billing team is currently emailing each one individually each week and it is taking hours of time. Since the driver email is in the commission statement it seems to me this should be something that can be done easily.

  6. In AR Collection Inquiry Tool, the ability to develop a custom search and allow the end product to be saved for future use. Also, the ability to expand all customer accounts without the complete billing detail. Only show customer name, order number and open invoice numbers.

  7. When we issue a credit memo there is no where to enter in the original invoice number that the credit memo goes with. Having this information would make cash applications much more efficient and allow for automation.

  8. I think the main reason to duplicate is to save time on entries for a new order with a lot of the same info so you only have to enter a few things vs. a whole new order.

    The order history also duplicates, instead it should update. Update with the new date of the duplicated order and update as the fields are edited so that the order history only reflects a history as if the order was created brand new.

  11. When we do not have an estimate for download from Unigroup to match and the order is being registered by the vanline and we do not have the order number yet, can the downloads be made to search for the GBL number on the Military page to match to our Lead?

  12. Add the column for Customer #. We create tasks for credit checks and if there was a column with the customer # or name that is attached to the order that would be helpful

  13. Revenue Entry: Reverse and Reverse All buttons - Include a note attached to each line that was reversed.

    As someone who audits revenue, I want to see why revenue or commissions are being reversed or adjusted. I would like a note to be added at the time the button is pushed instead of click on each note for each line item that is being reversed or adjusted. This is very time consuming.

  14. MS Texting: When you open the MS Texting, the previous conversations should automatically populate. What happens if you close out over night and someone responds? Unless you open that order again you will not see the response. Maybe open anything active for the last 30 days or 10 days? Not sure what a good time frame would be.

  15. In Revenue when using a Group function to reverse commission entries, I would like to be able to add a note that will be entered with each entry on the commission line item. Basically add a reason why I am reversing the entries. Right now I have to click on each Note icon and add the note. This makes the process very time consuming so most people don't add a note as to why they are reversing the commission, but this is important to know why.

  19. We would like to have Mobile Mover integrate with Mover's Suite. This would allow us to send the move information that is already in Mover's Suite to the Mobile Mover application instead of manually entering it into the app.

  20. When actual dates in and out of sit are entered it would be nice if there were an actual days field that auto calculates the days in sit including the 1st day. That way it can fill in the number of days field on the 619-1. Also the current days field could be changed to days authorized to make the difference clear.
