Revenue Entry: Reverse and Reverse All buttons - Include a note attached to each line that was reversed.
As someone who audits revenue, I want to see why revenue or commissions are being reversed or adjusted. I would like a note to be added at the time the button is pushed instead of click on each note for each line item that is being reversed or adjusted. This is very time consuming.

MS Texting: When you open this you should see any active conversations
MS Texting: When you open the MS Texting, the previous conversations should automatically populate. What happens if you close out over night and someone responds? Unless you open that order again you will not see the response. Maybe open anything active for the last 30 days or 10 days? Not sure what a good time frame would be.

Revenue Entry: When making a Group Function Reverse be able to add a note that would add to each entry created.
In Revenue when using a Group function to reverse commission entries, I would like to be able to add a note that will be entered with each entry on the commission line item. Basically add a reason why I am reversing the entries. Right now I have to click on each Note icon and add the note. This makes the process very time consuming so most people don't add a note as to why they are reversing the commission, but this is important to know why.

Have more functionality in Payment Management. Be able to see all payments posted for a particular shipper and how they were applied.
I would like the ability to type in a customer/account number, set a date range, and see a report that shows me all the payments received and to which invoices those payments were applied.

Add Mobile Mover Integration
We would like to have Mobile Mover integrate with Mover's Suite. This would allow us to send the move information that is already in Mover's Suite to the Mobile Mover application instead of manually entering it into the app.

Add a field in the sit screen that auto calculates days in sit
When actual dates in and out of sit are entered it would be nice if there were an actual days field that auto calculates the days in sit including the 1st day. That way it can fill in the number of days field on the 619-1. Also the current days field could be changed to days authorized to make the difference clear.

Expand availability to other Service Industry beyond Relocation
I spent nearly 20 years using MS in the transportation industry. I have moved over to a labor only furniture installation company.
This employer was not computerized I immediately began looking for a service software that was user friendly and as comprehensive as MS and it's been a struggle.
I am in the process of converting them over to "Service Fusion", which most closely provided many of the services I found useful in MS. Unfortunately, it is still not quite right and I miss my Operations / Dispatch, notes, accounting and more.

TEXT MSG POSTING
ALL TEXT MESSAGES NEED TO POST INTO NOTES. ANY TEXT WITH THE CUSTOMER MUST TRANSFER UNDER CATEGORY TEST MSG. This is very annoying that it does not and will not allow a screen shot either.

Freeze Panes
I'd iike the ability to freeze columns on local dispatch day page so they stay at the left of the screen as you scroll right. For example, this could allow us to freeze the Shipper's Name and/or Crew Names in place so we could see them as we scroll for more information on the job.

automate driver appointments
Allow automation to any warehouse by allowing drivers to book an appointment themselves by completing an online request. Also include a auto reply and confirmation process.
This will free up staff to do work on more important tasks.

Be able to copy a quote to another lead or order
A quote was created in a lead or other order, then a duplicate order was created in error. We would like the ability to copy the quote to the duplicated order or any order for that fact.

Allow statement download to automatically apply debits and credits to orders.
If statement batches are created for debit items they should allow the items to automatically be posted to Unapplied items for the Vanline customer. The same should apply for orders that have credits to be applied to the Vanline customer and any different be applied to unapplied. This is a very time consuming process for a large agent that has thousands of transactions. The time would be well spent on other items.
