  2. It would be very helpful to be able to view the Account Profile as it's own entity -- rather than on the tab of an active order. Currently, there are only a handful of people in our organization with the ability to "manage" the profile...but it would be helpful if all could view it, whether for entitlements, contact info, etc.

  4. Auto Assign Equipment Should Trigger Again When The Ticket is Edited in Dispatch. If you edit the ticket, you have to manually assign the equipment to it again or else it doesn't print onto the work ticket.

  5. This would allow the dispatcher to communicate notes pertinent to the job such as: PPE requirements, badging for specific customers, notifying crew of doubles (see previous suggestion regarding sending crew notifications for each service a crew member is assigned to).

  6. This would assist in alleviating additional communication between dispatcher and crew in regards to notifying them of doubles (or however many jobs they are assigned to). This way, the crew member would be able to see that they are working multiple jobs in a single day.

  7. The Dispatch Status is available in MSCrew. We have a lot of different ones added to track paperwork. In order to make MSCrew easier, we would like to only show the Dispatch Statuses that we choose in MSCrew or have them sorted in Alphabetical Order. I think it would be best to only give the crew the options we want them to use, but if we have to keep them all, please at least sort them.

  8. It would be very helpful to bookmark the Labor Request and Equipment Request tables in the service orders so this information can be provided in written format to dispatch for each order.

    This is request is currently in the pipeline. Reference case MOV-6154 for any inquires on this improvement. Of note, we plan to add the following bookmarks:
    Labor Requests Total (just displays a numeric count of all requests)
    Labor Request Table (listing similar to what we show on the Local Service Quick View, i.e. Loader (1), Mover (2), etc. each separated by a line break.

    And then two similar ones for equipment.

  9. We need to be able to set Multiple Due Date Terms on our invoices per each Branch. We have some that are Net 10, Due Upon receipt, Net 30, Net 60. At the moment we have to fix these items in Adobe before they invoices are sent to the customers. We would like to be able to pick our terms on the invoices, with a default to net 30 for all invoices

  10. If the BEGIN BILLING DATE and DATE IN of a billing record is not entered, invoices will not generate. However, there is no alert or notice given to the user if they miss these fields. Please allow us to set these fields as mandatory when creating a billing record. We need the user to be alerted if they fail to enter all required data.

  12. I would like to suggest that the AR# show up in the description line or add another column for the AR# next to the description. There are often times that within an order number/file that I have to invoice several different AR# for that particular file, having the AR# show up in the description line will save from having to click Edit to see which AR that particular charge is for.

  14. In my opinion, the Customer Statement Generation is decent and provides valuable information for me and what I need in collections. However, there is no good way to use this tool to send out many statements at once.

    We get limited access and functionality in GP for the statement function and we're encouraged to use MS Customer Statement Generation which is fine. But I absolutely need a better way to electronically deliver multiple statements to multiple customers quickly. Our past due A/R is usually around 100+ customers totaling ~1M at any given time. I need to be following up on…

  15. Movers Suite Customer Statements makes you summarize invoices to a specific date instead of just what ever is open. Because of this the Date of the Invoice is made the summarized date instead of what the actual invoice date is. - I would like to either have the summarize button replaced to open invoices or be able to use the actual invoice date not the summarized date.

  16. I would like to be able to add and/or edit special instructions on a Local Service after the crew and equipment has been assigned. Dispatch is always looking at the dispatch board and this would be a way for them to see a change without going into notes.

  17. Create a column in the GP Order Inquiry to include check/payment numbers. This would be a good tool/report for customers when reconciling their accounts when exported to excel

  18. Create a "wall board" utility that can cast/project the daily local dispatch calendar to a separate monitor for viewing by drivers/crews. The cast would update in real time as the calendar is updated by a dispatcher. This is regularly done in call centers to show real time call volume.

  20. although Updater is a nice feature, as MC we are slammed with user issues. Please have a contact phone number since we cannot assist with this program/portal at all. These issues need to be addressed directly and NOT thru the MC who has to stop and call MS. Perhaps there is a phone number, but evidently no one can see or find it that is attempting to change their status through Updater
