dispatch grid selection request
Can you add a selection to the local dispatch grid, so we can choose salesman as one of the selections? This would allow us to export a report for each salesman or see at a quick glance who the salesman is associated with each job. I can choose myself as coordinator (3 lines next to the date), and obviously other features I like to see at a quick glance. Screen shot attached. Thank you.

Correct the invoice message about detaching a portion
On the invoice form, there is a note that says "Please detach and return this portion with your payment. Thank you." Problem is, that message is on the portion that they are supposed to keep. Not a major problem, but looks silly.
1 voteCase MOV-7406 has been added for development to correct this phrase on all standard invoice reports. Suggested text is "Please detach the upper portion and return with your payment. Thank you."

Add a new column for Customer First Name to the Tasks Module grid
In the same way that the customer Last Name field shows on the Task Module grid as 'Shipper', include the Customer First Name field (from the Name, Address, Phone tab) as well.

Add shipper name to work ticket variance report
The work ticket variance report doesn't show the shipper name. When looking for the file to post revenue it would be helpful to have the shipper name included

add automatic notes for recurring credit card billing batches
Please modify the electronic payments program so that a note will automatically attach to an order when we process credit card charges through the recurring billing process.
When we process recurring billing and have credit cards charged in the recurring billing batch, a note does not automatically attach to the notes screen to indicate a credit card charge was processed.
We have been manually entering notes for the recurring billing credit card charges. For a batch of charges that we process once a month, there are approximately 130 to 135 credit cards charged in the batch. It is rather time…

Update Dispatching Worksheet and Summary reports with current rather than original Wt
Currently the weight field on these reports lists the original amount entered. If the field is updated, it does not change what is displayed on the report. I suggest the updated amount be reported rather than the original amount.

BI Tool Datascoures
Is there a way to allow all Data Sources to be available to allow one to create a report that captures data from multiple business categories and main sub-category? I have to create reports to track sales, revenue and claims and with the category breakdowns that are listed now I am only able to capture some of the data for my reports.

Order Billed date in AR Credit & Collections
Add a filter to add Billed Date in Credit & Collections creating a sortable feature for all orders including ones that 'no invoice' is pulling. This will add an extra level of data for 'real time' order aging when exported and sorted in Excel

INACTIVE indicator added to 'Merchant Name' title bar (w\o expanding) - speedier administration & troubleshooting of Electronic Merchant.
Somehow indicate \ distinguish between ACTIVE and INACTIVE entries without having to open each one. Use of the word INACTIVE or some other indicator: INACTIVE, <Inactive> , Italicize the text, etc.
This could potentially apply to other locations in Admin Tool, but I am aiming it at the Electronic Merchant

Task Grouping
Would like the ability to group tasks for multiple users or multi-select users so that tasks will display on one screen so that it is easy to see what tasks need to be completed for certain departments or groups of people.

ACCOUNTING TOOLS: CUSTOMER STATEMENT SORTED BY DATE NOT INVOICE
The current customer statement in accounting tools is sorted by invoice number, not by date. This is confusing when you are trying to get a history of the cusotmer's invoices. I suggest sorting this by date, not by invoice number.

Recurring Storage - Labeling for Transactions
The description of the Recurring Charges would be easier to look through if the date started with the Year so that all the months in the same year would be grouped together in numerical order.

New feature:
On the Name, Address, Phone section Add a place to put the customer's spouse along with a phone number, email in one section. Also include a place to list a family member who is assisting with move.

Local Service Created By
When running IDLE report, show under the person who created the service based on their log-in vs showing under the order coordinator.
This will allow when there's an idle service to advise the person who created the service instead of the coordinator who may or may not be aware of the service.

Branch Code on CSI cc report
Since the cc charges are by branch in MSS, the branch info should come over on the CSI pay report to make separating charges by branch much easier.
