  2. We would like to see more email options. When we send Invoices or other documents in an email we want to have some kind of confirmation that the receiver Received the email. We also sometimes have an entry level person send emails out, but we would like to have all the replies sent to a different email address. Please let me know if this can be done soon. :)

  3. When we are adding a Revenue Line Item we press tab to get to the next field. Once we choose the rate type, we need to press enter or else the tab goes back up to the branch. Also hitting tab does not always make the Rate Type properly active.

  4. Add a column showing the last collection activity date on a customer/invoice. This would allow a manager/collector the ability to get a quick view of what is being worked on or might be missed.

  5. Give the ability to Save and Add all items from the Add Revenue Commission dialog box. With large projects and multiple drivers the system will not auto commission because it will go over 100 %. So we have to add commissions manually and want to be able to add commissions for the salesperson and driver without having to go to the Add Item dropdown every time. It would also be nice to add a new Revenue Item from that same box.

  7. When on the summary tab, the first invoice that was created is selecting. On storage billing, we have to scroll up each time to review any current invoice. Some lots are open for 10+ years and are billed monthly (lot of invoices). It would be easier for auditing purposes, as well as creating duplicate invoices for project billing if the default was the newest invoice. Thanks!

  8. The government wants all storage in arrears calculated at 30 days per month not actual days. We have to manually correct calculations every quarter on a spreadsheet because Movers Suite does not allow us to calculate that way.

  9. In the "header" lines of each order number on the AR Credit & Collections report, it would be very helpful to include the Revenue Clerk. There seems to be plenty of room for this to the right of "Shipper", just below "Contact". Adding this information would help identify the Revenue Clerk to which questions may be directed, without having to look up each order. Also, for us, each Revenue Clerk is responsible for their own collections, so showing who is responsible for each order/invoice helps determine who needs to attend to each record of the report.

  10. Have a field that lists the customer number on the revenue entry screen. ie taking in revenue from van line and then having to bill a national account.

    To add check number in the spreadsheet so we can utilize this lock box payment via a spreadsheet download and upload into MSS payment mgmt. We don’t know when this feature (CK#) is available but at least we need to voice our concerns to have CK# available.

  13. There needs to be an automated way to post late charges to multiple orders. I am told currently you would have to enter a transaction to each order which would be a tedious task if you had hundreds of orders to apply them to.

  14. When a new document is attached to Document Management it would be nice if the system created a note stating what document was added. If there are multiple documents added they would all be under the same subject of "Document Management" so that notes does not get cluttered.

  17. From UVL PRIC, certain rating downloads (supplementals) have empty Load and Delivery dates. This download deletes the dates in Mover's Suite but it would be nice if those dates would stay as they match the main order.

  20. If you are in the middle of working a claim and another customer calls, you sometimes have to go to another claim. Provide an easy way for me to get back to the claim I was just working.
