  1. Have a checkbox on each note (default checked) that denotes whether or not that note can be duplicated. Allows for notes that make no sense duplicated (Credit Checks for instance) to be kept off a duplicate order.

  2. Show the subtotals of each commissionable party in the Payable column at the bottom of the MS Order Transactions Report.

    Having the system add and show the subtotal payable for each commissionable ID helps revenue clerks and the controller who use this report, and saves time by not having to manually add up these amounts. Thank you.

  3. Right now we have to record a chargeback dollar amount that posts through the general ledger in order for a date to be associated with claims liabilities. We have situations where we want to update the liability amount but don't always have a change that hits the general ledger (our liability changes with the van line once we win a rebuttal, etc.). It's very difficult without dates attached to each line item to validate data against the van line.

  6. Instead of post all unbilled revenue to UNAPPILED...

    Is possible to get the ablility to post paid revenue to an item code
    (eg: Destination revenue like dest. handling factors)

  7. Phone number columns in local dispatch based on phone number ranking -
    1 & 2 ranked phone numbers are the phone number columns instead of orgin, origin work, dest & dest work.

  8. Currently multiple transactions can be grouped to create on invoice line item, but one transaction cannot be split to create multiple lines. This requires an invoice to be produced manaully by adding line items not associated with revenue transactions. Manual invoices don't appear on the AR collection report and it's difficult to see what is exactly being invoiced when multiple invoices to different customer IDs are being produced.

  9. when in tasks during the last update it took away the abiliity to highlight the next task. When preforming my tasks i use the hot keys and since it doesnt automatically highlight the next task it takes longer in completing. Also it would be nice since we use tasks for credit the ability to see the billing tab from the task screen instead of going into each order.

  12. After so many invoices are completed for an order, imaging will not allow us to attach other docs we may need. Our invoices are listed in the summary screen, uploading seems to duplicate that information.

  15. It would be nice to have a column on the Batch Management tab for the Cash/Clearing Acct so you glance quickly to see what account was used without clicking the detail button.

  16. When a vender pays a large number of invoices on one check you should be able to hit auto apply and have MS apply the outstanding balance of the payment to all of the invoices selected in cash receipts. In the new payment management you have to click on each invoice to apply. The government and some other large companies can pay up to 50 invoices at once. That was one click on auto apply in the old payment management but 50 clicks to apply in the new.

  17. sort vanline statement transactions by having the positive amount first then any negative amounts listed after the positive amount to ensure both type of transactions are applied to the same Receivable customer

  18. We would like to be able to edit the date for 3rd party invoices. Currently:

    1) Entered a 3rd party invoice.
    2) Added another 3rd Party invoice. Selected the first invoice and clicked in the Invoice Number field and edited invoice # and clicked in the amount and changed the amount. Saved this record.
    3) Then clicked Edit Item and on the 3rd party invoice created in step 2, changed the date.

    The enhancement request to change the invoice date in step 2 would save the user from doing step 3.

  20. Create a file folder in document management that is password protected or has a higher level of user security. This would allow us to have customer's personal information stored in a secure file that is not available to all system users. Federal and state laws mandate that personal information is kept in a secured position. Penalties and fines are very high. We have checks, credit card, passport and other information that is gathered and maintained. A secured file within the order would be a welcomed location.
