  2. I'm lookin in the SIT Information for a place to add an SIT Conversion Date (this is based on the tariff regulations). There is an SIT Expiration Date, but we also need a SIT Conversion date. We should be able to pull a report and see what orders need to be converted at any time.

  3. Hi,

    Would it be possible for any docs that are available in MS Crew to auto detect any signature or text / checkbox fields and make them clickable?

    That would make it easier for the crew to sign and fill out paperwork instead of having to zoom in to where they need to place each check mark and signature.

  4. When in mobile crew time in local dispatch it would be helpful to have all the crew listed and not just the crew that have punches. This way if you have a guy in the warehouse that forgot to punch in it would be easier for the dispatcher to catch and correct.

  5. In Document Management when you right click and choose "Send to Email", I would like the email subject to include the Order Number, PO Number, and Shipper Name.

  6. In the BI tool when I have a report that is grouped and sorted and I run the report it will give me all the data all expanded. I would like there to be a way to run the report and get all the date collapsed. So I can pick and choose what to expand.

  7. we have jobs with multiple services a day, with multiple days and even weeks of service. When billing, it would be helpful to have work tickets that have already been attached to a service highlighted or grayed out or identified in some way on the drop down in the Add Revenue Tab

  8. It would be nice to be able to create a letter in forms designer and have an attachment with it so that when you use the letter the attachment would automatically attach itself to the email.

  9. The problem i have with the text field is when the guys read it they see where it say you are on a job from 8:00am to 9:am and don't read the rest where it say report time. Maybe we can just have the report time in the text.

    We are hoping to delve into more work on the Crew Texting feature in the near future. We are thinking of opening up the text of the message to be at your control. So, you could build templates that contain the text and service data you want.

  10. Add Revenue Clerk on order to Contacts.
    Our Revenue Clerk is assisting with pricing out the orders for the crew when they are onsite with the customer. We would like for the Revenue Clerk to be added to the list of the Contacts viewable under assistance.

  12. Can you please change it so that we can change a positive credit card batch to go to a clearing account. It is so stupid that on a batch with a negative total which contains both a positive batch and a negative batch that I have to have both the positive and negative entries in my check register when it was actually a single negative entry. Using the clearing account would allow you to make a single bank transaction entry in GP for the CORRECT amount.

  14. It would be very helpful to bookmark the Labor Request and Equipment Request tables in the service orders so this information can be provided in written format to dispatch for each order.

    This is request is currently in the pipeline. Reference case MOV-6154 for any inquires on this improvement. Of note, we plan to add the following bookmarks:
    Labor Requests Total (just displays a numeric count of all requests)
    Labor Request Table (listing similar to what we show on the Local Service Quick View, i.e. Loader (1), Mover (2), etc. each separated by a line break.

    And then two similar ones for equipment.

  16. would like to see the ACTUAL load date column on the long dist dispatch screen. Very important info. You have a preferred and assign on...but no actual.

  17. Give us the ability to sort the Revenue Groups in the drop down list, either alpha/numeric or even better yet, give us the ability to set the order it shows in the drop down list.

  19. When entering an order, add a feature that when you accidently click on cancel, instead of save a pop up window shows up and asks “Are you sure you want to cancel?”

  20. Our Account Profiles have longer descriptions than what we are able to see. There is nothing to the right of the Account Profile in the Order Information or Revenue Entry Modules. Would you please increase this to match the size of the field so we can see the whole description?
