provide ability to include notes in crew notifications.
This would allow the dispatcher to communicate notes pertinent to the job such as: PPE requirements, badging for specific customers, notifying crew of doubles (see previous suggestion regarding sending crew notifications for each service a crew member is assigned to).

allow to send crew notifications for every service a crew member is assigned to, rather than just the service with the earliest start time.
This would assist in alleviating additional communication between dispatcher and crew in regards to notifying them of doubles (or however many jobs they are assigned to). This way, the crew member would be able to see that they are working multiple jobs in a single day.

I wish that in the commission statement management, that the driver emails would automatically populate from their profiles. Much time is spent typing email addresses, and if by chance they go to the wrong driver, it creates huge problems.

enable a field in GP that we could input a cross reference.
When reconciling the bank deposits to the GL transactions in GP I am comparing 1500 lines in GP to 500 lines on the bank. It would be very beneficial to have a field to input the total deposit amount so that I could sort those items together.

Improvements on scheduled text messages
The default time is 12 AM. No one wants to send a text at midnight. We have an appointment confirmation we would like to send at 7 PM the night before. It would be great if we could specify a default time when we create the template. But if we can't do that, at least change the default time to something other than midnight :-)
Wouldn't it be awesome if these scheduled texts could trigger from key dates like the tasks do? So the day before the survey this text would automatically go out.

Automobile Bookmarks in Forms Designer
Please add all Automobile detail fields (make, model, year, etc.) to Bookmarks in Forms Designer. Right now, the two current auto related bookmarks in forms designer are True/ False indicators, so when relocation coordinators send their confirmation documents for auto shipments, it only has the letter "T" instead of pertinent vehicle shipping information.

Generic Revenue Import - Add optional revenue details to import
Update the Generic Revenue Import to include additional details of the revenue being imported. Currently, as of Version 2021 R18, you can import invoice date, item code, amount, and date, but it would be nice to also open this up to the following detail line information (field referenced through the Add/Edit Revenue Item dialog):
- Invoice Description
- Rate Type
- Quantity Fields
- Rate
- Gross Charges (if not setting Quantity and Rate)
- Discount
(Let the Invoice Amount calculate based on the other factors, i.e. ignore the Amount from the import file)5 votes -
MSCrew Dispatch Status
The Dispatch Status is available in MSCrew. We have a lot of different ones added to track paperwork. In order to make MSCrew easier, we would like to only show the Dispatch Statuses that we choose in MSCrew or have them sorted in Alphabetical Order. I think it would be best to only give the crew the options we want them to use, but if we have to keep them all, please at least sort them.

Need the ability to attach multiple documents to an order at once (similar to MS Outlook). Whether it's drag and drop or multi-select. Attach multiple docs under a single category, doc names should just assume the name of the file name.

AR Collections Module
While doing collections, there are many times where it would be nice to have the capability to email an Aging Report right from the Collections Module. Right now, you can export the data to an Excel file, which then needs to be save, then attached to an Outlook email.
Better solution: Have a option that says "Email Aging" which then creates a PDF file, Opens Outlook and then puts an entry into Log Activity of what was sent and when. Much more efficient. This is similar to how you can email invoices although that email is not logged at this…

Need Logs indicator
I would like to see a need logs indicator in the Local Dispatch grid. This way the dispatcher could mark that a driver needs logs for a particular service. Another way to do this would be to put a free form notes column in the crew and or service portion of the local dispatch grid.

SIT Conversion date
I'm lookin in the SIT Information for a place to add an SIT Conversion Date (this is based on the tariff regulations). There is an SIT Expiration Date, but we also need a SIT Conversion date. We should be able to pull a report and see what orders need to be converted at any time.

MS Crew Signatures
Hi,
Would it be possible for any docs that are available in MS Crew to auto detect any signature or text / checkbox fields and make them clickable?
That would make it easier for the crew to sign and fill out paperwork instead of having to zoom in to where they need to place each check mark and signature.

When in mobile crew time in local dispatch it would be helpful to have all the crew listed and not just the crew that have punches. This way if you have a guy in the warehouse that forgot to punch in it would be easier for the dispatcher to catch and correct.

Send to Email - Order & PO Number, and Shipper Name should be in the email subject
In Document Management when you right click and choose "Send to Email", I would like the email subject to include the Order Number, PO Number, and Shipper Name.

BI Tool
In the BI tool when I have a report that is grouped and sorted and I run the report it will give me all the data all expanded. I would like there to be a way to run the report and get all the date collapsed. So I can pick and choose what to expand.

identify work tickets attached in drop down when entering a billing item
we have jobs with multiple services a day, with multiple days and even weeks of service. When billing, it would be helpful to have work tickets that have already been attached to a service highlighted or grayed out or identified in some way on the drop down in the Add Revenue Tab

It would be nice to be able to create a letter in forms designer and have an attachment with it so that when you use the letter the attachment would automatically attach itself to the email.
