  1. It would be nice to be able to create a letter in forms designer and have an attachment with it so that when you use the letter the attachment would automatically attach itself to the email.

  2. Hi,

    Would it be possible for any docs that are available in MS Crew to auto detect any signature or text / checkbox fields and make them clickable?

    That would make it easier for the crew to sign and fill out paperwork instead of having to zoom in to where they need to place each check mark and signature.

  3. The Dispatch Status is available in MSCrew. We have a lot of different ones added to track paperwork. In order to make MSCrew easier, we would like to only show the Dispatch Statuses that we choose in MSCrew or have them sorted in Alphabetical Order. I think it would be best to only give the crew the options we want them to use, but if we have to keep them all, please at least sort them.

  4. The problem i have with the text field is when the guys read it they see where it say you are on a job from 8:00am to 9:am and don't read the rest where it say report time. Maybe we can just have the report time in the text.

    We are hoping to delve into more work on the Crew Texting feature in the near future. We are thinking of opening up the text of the message to be at your control. So, you could build templates that contain the text and service data you want.

  5. When in mobile crew time in local dispatch it would be helpful to have all the crew listed and not just the crew that have punches. This way if you have a guy in the warehouse that forgot to punch in it would be easier for the dispatcher to catch and correct.

  6. Add Revenue Clerk on order to Contacts.
    Our Revenue Clerk is assisting with pricing out the orders for the crew when they are onsite with the customer. We would like for the Revenue Clerk to be added to the list of the Contacts viewable under assistance.

  7. Update the Generic Revenue Import to include additional details of the revenue being imported. Currently, as of Version 2021 R18, you can import invoice date, item code, amount, and date, but it would be nice to also open this up to the following detail line information (field referenced through the Add/Edit Revenue Item dialog):
    - Invoice Description
    - Rate Type
    - Quantity Fields
    - Rate
    - Gross Charges (if not setting Quantity and Rate)
    - Discount
    (Let the Invoice Amount calculate based on the other factors, i.e. ignore the Amount from the import file)

  9. Can you please change it so that we can change a positive credit card batch to go to a clearing account. It is so stupid that on a batch with a negative total which contains both a positive batch and a negative batch that I have to have both the positive and negative entries in my check register when it was actually a single negative entry. Using the clearing account would allow you to make a single bank transaction entry in GP for the CORRECT amount.

  11. When entering an order, add a feature that when you accidently click on cancel, instead of save a pop up window shows up and asks “Are you sure you want to cancel?”

  13. Allow Driver reports and Sales reports the option to reopen the month. Currently there is no tracking on who finalized a month and its a pain Operationally when this happens. Anyone can click on finalize.

  15. It would be nice to be able to generate tasks on trips and to also be able to upload documents based upon a trip and not the individual orders.

    The tasking would allow us to assign tasks to individuals reminding them of turning in paperwork, etc.

    The documents per trip would be specific trip documents (receipts, fuel, etc) and not order specific documents.

  17. Give us the ability to sort the Revenue Groups in the drop down list, either alpha/numeric or even better yet, give us the ability to set the order it shows in the drop down list.

  18. I'm lookin in the SIT Information for a place to add an SIT Conversion Date (this is based on the tariff regulations). There is an SIT Expiration Date, but we also need a SIT Conversion date. We should be able to pull a report and see what orders need to be converted at any time.

  19. When a order is added in MS based on the branch of the order a default house account sales id would be added to the order. This could be changed if needed but no salesperson is added to an order the revenue associated to the order would go to the House Account bucket.

  20. Our Account Profiles have longer descriptions than what we are able to see. There is nothing to the right of the Account Profile in the Order Information or Revenue Entry Modules. Would you please increase this to match the size of the field so we can see the whole description?
