  1. Add column for Shipper Name.
    Set Activity Date fields to work like Local Dispatch Grid. If I set the last date to a date in the past, it should default to just that date, not say The End Date must be before or after the Start Date.
    Set the Default Branch (like Local Dispatch Grid) so you don't have to choose it every time.
    Add a REFRESH button (like Local Dispatch Grid)
    Ability to select ALL crew on the same job to edit and approve in one action, rather than approving one at a time.

  2. For example, on the Job Summary, you could show crew that have punched in and are currently working on this job. This would give an instant status of crew to crew lead on a large office move where he is managing a large crew spread out over several buildings.

  4. We should be able to relate multiple orders to 1 job. Say I have a move job (C#) where we are bringing items back to our storage (SC#) and items that will be shipped via vanline (M#) to another state, all three jobs will need their own order numbers. I would like to be able to relate both the M# and the SC# to my original C# job.

  7. It would be great if we could make certain document types available for MS Crew by default. I would envision another check box on the Document Type setup in the admin tool for this.

    This would allow us to make estimates, cube sheets, premove documents, etc. available to MS Crew without needing to remember to manually make it available each time. As soon as the document was uploaded, it would automatically be set to "Available in MS Crew."

  11. It would be beneficial if we could create a bunch of Driver Statements at one time versus having to do them one at a time. In the drop down box for selection, have a check box next to each Driver so they can be selected all at once for that particular date.

    Also, having the capability to then email the statements in bulk that are finalized with the email address in their Personnel record or GP Vendor record. See Francis for details

  12. When hitting Find and then going to Dispatch information to look for orders it would be nice for International to have the option to search by From COUNTRY and To COUNTRY and not just State or Area.

  13. It would be great to be able to add columns under compare orders reporting. Adding columns such as shipment weight, or origin address and destination address would be super helpful!

  14. It would be great to have a place where we could enter emergency contact info in the personnel tab. Having a place our staff can quickly and easily grab this about our drivers when it is needed would help greatly if it becomes needed.

  16. While I love the ability to create a custom work ticket based on our specific needs, the crew table is not functional in that while it allows space for the crew to handwrite in their arrival, breaks, departure, etc. It does not include a column for total hours. This needs to be available for the crew tables in both order information and O&I.

    Secondly, the printing of a custom work ticket requires that the user select whether to open as a document or email. This is not necessary and should only open as a document thus eliminating a step which…

  18. On the Revenue Transaction Errors Report, we would like to see the expense GL Account that needs to be set up. Currently the report just shows FirstCommGLNumber is not Dynamics GP. Unable to generate FirstCommGLNumber.

  19. We would like the ability to add check marks or initials to an excel document shared into MSCrew.

    If not then allow PDF documents to rotate with the screen so it makes the document larger and allow a free form check mark that will be of comparable size to the document so you don't have a giant check mark that is significantly larger than available spaces within a document.

  20. Right now, orders can be canceled or set to will advise status when self haul has been authorized. It would be great if you could add a check box in the order status options in Administration that would block changing to a status if Self Haul has been authorized. This would be something that we as administrators would determine which ones to apply this block on.
