  1. Ability to print the Activity Log in the Credit and Collections Module. The importance of this is to have a printed log of collection attempts which is required by law when a lien is being placed on individuals household items in storage which will ultimately go to auction.

  3. ADD 'salesperson' as available field in the Local Dispatch - Dispatch Center grid. it is currently not a data field option for selection, it should be.

  4. We would like to have Mobile Mover integrate with Mover's Suite. This would allow us to send the move information that is already in Mover's Suite to the Mobile Mover application instead of manually entering it into the app.

  5. this feature is wasting time for our locations. I'm sure this is a valuable feature for some of your clients however we now have to enter the customer, then click the drop down. if you don't click on the exact line the customer disappears and you have to re enter it. very annoying and for us is not a valuable feature. Please remove this feature for our locations.

  6. When an order is marked as COMPLETED, but new services are added after that, the order status should change to BOOKED. Or do not allow services to be added to a COMPLETED order.

  9. Many times we do not know that it is credit card billing until after transactions have been posted. Give us the ability to add reductions at any time and make appropriate adjustments.

  10. On the Orders Not Billed report - I would like to be able to Group By the revenue clerk listed on the order. Most of the time people forget to put the billed date in and this would help get that information to the right person without looking up the order.

  11. I'm lookin in the SIT Information for a place to add an SIT Conversion Date (this is based on the tariff regulations). There is an SIT Expiration Date, but we also need a SIT Conversion date. We should be able to pull a report and see what orders need to be converted at any time.

  13. When we issue a credit memo there is no where to enter in the original invoice number that the credit memo goes with. Having this information would make cash applications much more efficient and allow for automation.

  14. When actual dates in and out of sit are entered it would be nice if there were an actual days field that auto calculates the days in sit including the 1st day. That way it can fill in the number of days field on the 619-1. Also the current days field could be changed to days authorized to make the difference clear.

  15. The MS email program is great, but we had to stop using. Not having any contacts in the program hindered us too much.
    Suggestions-
    One is to have something similar to Outlook when the user manually adds an email address, save that somewhere so it can be used for future emails.

    Another option is to make any email address on the personnel table available on any emails in MoversSuite.
    Or something to that affect. Some kind of address book people can use within MS.

  17. We are trying to allocate revenue to every work ticket. It would be handy to see the work tickets currently assigned so that we can be sure all work tickets have been accounted for when transactions are entered.

  20. we have jobs with multiple services a day, with multiple days and even weeks of service. When billing, it would be helpful to have work tickets that have already been attached to a service highlighted or grayed out or identified in some way on the drop down in the Add Revenue Tab
