  1. Having an area to record an inventory lot # in order information and have that be a searchable field in "find" order would be very useful.

  2. If a original storage order is paid with a check and later it changes to a credit card why do we have to set up a new billing lot and cancel the original one. Why can we not just update the original one and keep down the clutter?

  3. The fields that have the “…” buttons shown next to them, why are those not a click-able button in the view? The user must click “edit” in order to click the button and see what information lives behind it (such as contact information). A specific example that I am referring to lives on the “Military/Government” tab in Order Information. If we tie contact information to a base, the user is unable to view the information unless they are in edit mode. Perhaps this needs an “information” button like the agents do on the “Agents” tab?

  4. Add a confirmation box before deleting a Dispatch Day Note reminding the user they are deleting the ENTIRE Day Note. Many times a dispatcher has selected a portion of the Day Note and hit the Delete button and been surprised to find the entire note removed.

  5. When on the summary tab, the first invoice that was created is selecting. On storage billing, we have to scroll up each time to review any current invoice. Some lots are open for 10+ years and are billed monthly (lot of invoices). It would be easier for auditing purposes, as well as creating duplicate invoices for project billing if the default was the newest invoice. Thanks!

  6. When clicking off items in Bank Rec UNMARKED mode, please have the system STOP redisplaying right after you click to go to the next item. It makes this process real inefficient as the screen jumps all over the place

  7. It would be great if when you ran either the Safety Events or the Expiration report for Personnel or any other personnel reports that you could select employee status All, Active/ Inactive.

  9. I would like the ability to assign a driver from the Order Information module.
    Once you book an order - you may know who the driver is already for the load. Instead of having to find the load in dispatch and then assign a driver, if you could assign from one of the tabs in Order Information (maybe billing tab since order personnel is there - or agents?) In would speed up the process.

  11. when you need to put a note in day notes so dispatch can see it you must already have an actual order on that date in order to see any day notes for that date. it would be nice if when you put a day note in on a day that doesn't have anything scheduled you can see that note on that day even if nothing scheduled.

    Case MOV-5741 has been logged. We plan to default the date for the Day Note to what is set as the first date in the Service Date spread and populate the Day Note for that day.

    The goal is to always show the Day Note no matter whether a service is selected, present, or no services display.

  12. The government wants all storage in arrears calculated at 30 days per month not actual days. We have to manually correct calculations every quarter on a spreadsheet because Movers Suite does not allow us to calculate that way.

  16. The hauling mileage, billing weight, origin & destination addresses with cities and states show on invoices, but no zip codes. Auditors prefer that all key pieces of information used to determine basic charges show on the invoice, and zip codes are key pieces of information for this purpose -- especially with some intrastate charges and zip-zone based charges. Thank you.

  17. I don't want to see the service date on the revenue line of every entry that was imported from work tickets. we need to be able to turn this off. every container and packing line has service date on it and it shows on invoice. customer does not need to see the date that every carton was supplied and packed!

  18. Currently we can see a total of all invoices printed however that total is not correct to compare to the Company revenue posted on the far left on the summary tab. Meaning that if an invoice is generated for the total revenue less a prepayment, the invoice will total for the amount due and not the total invoice. So when comparing to make sure that the invoices printed equals the company revenue it will never match unless you go into each invoice and physically calculate the totals. Is it possible to add a tab within the Invoice area that has…

  19. Can there be a simple report that after I post a vanline statement the report will show AR amount before the statement was posted, then the payments posted, and finally the remaining balance by contract number. This will allow me to quickly see contracts that the vanline has not fully paid

  20. An invoice normally should be the amount posted to my AR and what I expect the entity I bill to pay me. This is not the way MS invoices work for vanline shipments
