  1. Add a column showing the last collection activity date on a customer/invoice. This would allow a manager/collector the ability to get a quick view of what is being worked on or might be missed.

  2. There needs to be a report created that will capture all of the collections notes that are entered via the ARCC module that will populate the report that is available under Accounting Tools, AR Collections Inquiry. There is no way to monitor from the corporate level the collections activity by account or by branch other than to go into ARCC and open each customer and read the notes under every order. In addition, there is no functionality to even export this information. This needs to be corrected.

  3. Why is there not an option to expand all on the dispatch grid? We dispatch a week out and every time we go into this screen, we have to expand each day individually.

  4. When we are adding a Revenue Line Item we press tab to get to the next field. Once we choose the rate type, we need to press enter or else the tab goes back up to the branch. Also hitting tab does not always make the Rate Type properly active.

  8. When entering the origin and destination Zip Code, can we have the city and state pre populate like it does on Techmate? It would make it easier to focus on the customers needs instead of having to open other windows to find out where they are coming from and going to.

  10. It would be helpful to show a discount column in revenue entry under transactions. Right now you have to open each transaction to view the discount.

  12. The long distance dispatch is a great tool for transit reports, but it also helps us with quarterly reporting to our clients.

    Since long distance dispatch pulls data from different fields found in order information, I would like to see the lead type added to the long distance dispatch.

    Why? Lead source helps us specifically identify what client we are working with. This is particularly important when we work with accounts that send us more than one client. For example, if my national account sends us 15 clients and wants reports on each, having the lead source added to the…

  13. With so many containerized/converted shipments, it would be helpful if we could sort by DA, as well as, OA. This will streamline communication making it easier to ask about all orders on any given day with one call/email.

  15. Give the ability to Save and Add all items from the Add Revenue Commission dialog box. With large projects and multiple drivers the system will not auto commission because it will go over 100 %. So we have to add commissions manually and want to be able to add commissions for the salesperson and driver without having to go to the Add Item dropdown every time. It would also be nice to add a new Revenue Item from that same box.

  16. Many times we do not know that it is credit card billing until after transactions have been posted. Give us the ability to add reductions at any time and make appropriate adjustments.

  17. Add the Sales Person, Surveyor, and Revenue Clerk to the Local Dispatch Grid.

    Local Dispatch is a great place to see what orders happened in a set time period. It would be nice to be able to sort orders based on the Sales Person, Surveyor, and/or the Revenue Clerk for a certain time period.
