It would be helpful to show a discount column in revenue entry under transactions. Right now you have to open each transaction to view the discount.

Add DA information columns to the Tasks screen.
With so many containerized/converted shipments, it would be helpful if we could sort by DA, as well as, OA. This will streamline communication making it easier to ask about all orders on any given day with one call/email.

Add Revenue Commission - Save and Add
Give the ability to Save and Add all items from the Add Revenue Commission dialog box. With large projects and multiple drivers the system will not auto commission because it will go over 100 %. So we have to add commissions manually and want to be able to add commissions for the salesperson and driver without having to go to the Add Item dropdown every time. It would also be nice to add a new Revenue Item from that same box.

Add Reductions after posting
Many times we do not know that it is credit card billing until after transactions have been posted. Give us the ability to add reductions at any time and make appropriate adjustments.

Required Note Entry for Task Completion
As Tasks are updated, require that that a Note entry is made. This would work in the same way as required fields.

In Revenue Entry, in the Commissionable Employees list, ability to view personnel documents
In the Revenue Entry Module, on the Order Information tab, the commissionable employees are listed. I would like the ability to view the documents that I am authorized to view that are attached to the personnel record. Each driver has a contract that they have signed. In that contract we have a commission "cheat sheet". Revenue clerks should be able to view that document within the revenue entry module without opening up another module or "admin tool". Please let me know if you have any questions.

Add the Sales Person, Surveyor, and Revenue Clerk to the Local Dispatch Grid.
Local Dispatch is a great place to see what orders happened in a set time period. It would be nice to be able to sort orders based on the Sales Person, Surveyor, and/or the Revenue Clerk for a certain time period.

ability to pay more than 1 sales person and/or OA Surveyor
Sometimes we have reasons that we need to pay more than 1 surveyor on an order, 2 different resident's, resurveys, etc.. Sometimes we have orders where the sales is split between a couple different people. It would be nice to have them both listed on the order. When we enter the commissions now and change the sales person you can't really go back and see the information correctly. See the attached file.

Include Office & Industrial's Job Start/Finish in the "Find Orders By" screen
Could you please include the "Job Start/Finish" Fields inside of the "Find Orders By" screen? Currently, if you are trying to find an order that originated in the office & industrial module. There is no way to know what time period the order is for.

Define account/user level restrictions and accountabilities.
Create order requirements so that only users authorized to work on an account can access orders being performed for said account. Perhaps a senior manager may have access to all accounts, but a coordinator or biller may only have access to specified accounts.

Multiple Haulers
We are only able to have one hauler on an order at a time. If another hauler is involved (sit in vs sit out, overflow, apu, ect), we have to add driver to pay them then delete off the order and add the other driver to pay them.
It would be great if we could have more than one and not have to keep going into local dispatch and long haul dispatch to remove and add numerous drivers.

Add the origin and destination city and state to the order number grouping header on the Commission Statement Report
We pay different commissions depending on where the service is located. It would be nice for an auditing position to be able to see the Origin and Destination or an order on the commissions statement so we know if the commission is correct without pulling up the order.

Enable first & last names to appear on the task list screen
Instead of solely showing the 'Shipper' column on the task list, which currently only shows the last name field, take the 'Shipper' column away & replace with a separate 'first name' column & 'last name' column, so each user can choose to view both or choose one to view on their task list.
EX: we utilize the last name field for who we're billing for a job on the logistics side. However, we could have multiple jobs for a given mover, so at a glance it gets confusing. The first name field we utilize for a description of the specific…
