  2. If an email is sent and contains an order number in the email, then it would automatically be uploaded into the notes for that order number. This is common with salesforce applications and another mover software that we looked at. This would dramatically cut down on the amount of time needed to input orders and all information would be archived for an order for all users to see.   4. I see that you have added Save and Add Group to the Item Group screen but adding it to the Revenue item screen would be a lot more helpful that way we do not need to exit the item screen to go into a new group the flow would be a lot better.

  7. We would like to see more email options. When we send Invoices or other documents in an email we want to have some kind of confirmation that the receiver Received the email. We also sometimes have an entry level person send emails out, but we would like to have all the replies sent to a different email address. Please let me know if this can be done soon. :)

  8. Through local services we can request number of men, even the type of labor and the type of moving equipment. However, the moving equipment doesn't appear in the dispatch grid. We may have a job requiring 3 men, and 3 tractors w/curtainsides but unless you do right click, you cannot see that information. Doesn't make sense that dispatching software doesn't show you how many trucks you have committed on a single day

  10. We are trying to allocate revenue to every work ticket. It would be handy to see the work tickets currently assigned so that we can be sure all work tickets have been accounted for when transactions are entered.

  11. This may require a change to the packing module. However, allow the packing quantities to be imported. The packing list should be the one that is listed within quotes to go (from the finalized estimate.) Lastly, I would like to see a new column for PBOs to come down and updated within this same module. But, this needs to be done on all jobs and not just ones that the booking agent / common owner agent is the OA on due to our drivers do packing all over the place.   12. In Revenue Entry, in order to go to the transactions tab you have to select a division on the order information tab. It would be very helpful if this selection would carry through to the revenue item code entry on the transaction tab instead of having to select the division for every revenue item entered.

  13. Add a column showing the last collection activity date on a customer/invoice. This would allow a manager/collector the ability to get a quick view of what is being worked on or might be missed.

There needs to be a report created that will capture all of the collections notes that are entered via the ARCC module that will populate the report that is available under Accounting Tools, AR Collections Inquiry. There is no way to monitor from the corporate level the collections activity by account or by branch other than to go into ARCC and open each customer and read the notes under every order. In addition, there is no functionality to even export this information. This needs to be corrected.

  15. Why is there not an option to expand all on the dispatch grid? We dispatch a week out and every time we go into this screen, we have to expand each day individually.

  16. When we are adding a Revenue Line Item we press tab to get to the next field. Once we choose the rate type, we need to press enter or else the tab goes back up to the branch. Also hitting tab does not always make the Rate Type properly active.

  20. When entering the origin and destination Zip Code, can we have the city and state pre populate like it does on Techmate? It would make it easier to focus on the customers needs instead of having to open other windows to find out where they are coming from and going to.
