  1. In AR Collection Inquiry Tool, the ability to develop a custom search and allow the end product to be saved for future use. Also, the ability to expand all customer accounts without the complete billing detail. Only show customer name, order number and open invoice numbers.

  3. AR Collections Inquiry: Add RevenueItemPostedBy to the grid to sort by
    I would like to be able to sort by the person who entered the revenue. So if my name was there I could see what orders I billed are still outstanding.

  4. I'd iike the ability to freeze columns on local dispatch day page so they stay at the left of the screen as you scroll right. For example, this could allow us to freeze the Shipper's Name and/or Crew Names in place so we could see them as we scroll for more information on the job.

  8. If statement batches are created for debit items they should allow the items to automatically be posted to Unapplied items for the Vanline customer. The same should apply for orders that have credits to be applied to the Vanline customer and any different be applied to unapplied. This is a very time consuming process for a large agent that has thousands of transactions. The time would be well spent on other items.

  11. Is there a way that we could add the Estimate number and load date to show up somewhere on the Revenue side so we don’t have to go back and forth through revenue screen to order info. Screen??

  12. Not all GP Vendors are applicable to Billing. It would be nice to be able to filter by Vendor Type(s) to help prevent bad data in Revenue Entry.

  14. dispatch is a great place to view all the orders that happened in any period you choose.

    If we could sort the local dispatch grid by the MSS Order Status we would easily know what orders still needed to be entered. The reports available don't always work because of estimated dates not being entered.

  16. Instead of solely showing the 'Shipper' column on the task list, which currently only shows the last name field, take the 'Shipper' column away & replace with a separate 'first name' column & 'last name' column, so each user can choose to view both or choose one to view on their task list.

    EX: we utilize the last name field for who we're billing for a job on the logistics side. However, we could have multiple jobs for a given mover, so at a glance it gets confusing. The first name field we utilize for a description of the specific…

  17. Allow task text to appear in varied colors to allow color-coding. Allow 5 colors (red, orange, green, blue, purple; yellow would be too light to show correctly). OR, alternatively, add a column titled 'Categorize' to show a small square of color that you can assign to a task, similar to what Outlook allows you to do on e-mails.

  18. A lot of commercial work is billed by a bid price, however, we break it down in transactions to go to the correct accounting codes. One code that we use quite often is ‘oversell’ which is where we post the built in profit on the order. Twice recently, the biller forgot to hide the items on the invoice, which as you can imagine caused quite an uproar because of the line titled ‘oversell’.   19. Here are two options for a modification – option 1 is my preference

    Option 1

    When creating the Electronic Payment batches in Payment Management, put all VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER charges in one batch and AMEX charges in a 2nd batch. Do not have the batches created based on the MSS branch code – put all credit card transactions in one MSS branch (PCIN). Therefore, we could have up to 3 Electronic Payment batches per day – one for refunds, one for AMEX charges and one for VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER. (Amex credit card account numbers begin with a 3)

  20. On your statements, it seems that your system is only filtering by zero balance order numbers. For accounts that have recurring or multiple invoices under a particular order number, only having a filter for zero balance orders doesn't work unfortunately. If the order number has a balance, your system seems to be keeping all the activity that has taken place on that order number and is displaying it on the statement. When running the statement, it is creating equal debit and credit balances for every invoice the customer has ever received. A customer who owes one invoice could get a…
