In Revenue Entry when enter a new revenue item after choosing the rate type you should be able to hit tab or enter to get to the Quantity
When we are adding a Revenue Line Item we press tab to get to the next field. Once we choose the rate type, we need to press enter or else the tab goes back up to the branch. Also hitting tab does not always make the Rate Type properly active.

Job Costing and Commission
I would like to see the ability to add the commissions paid on a job to the job costing module. So that you will capture the true cost for sales commission and owner op percentages on a job.

Add the ability to see the last collections activity date in the AR Collections Inquiry grid
Add a column showing the last collection activity date on a customer/invoice. This would allow a manager/collector the ability to get a quick view of what is being worked on or might be missed.

Create a template option for the AR Collections Inquiry screen
Allow users to create templates for an aging. Right now it's very tedious to go in every time and select what columns/information you want to see.

Bookmarking/editing
Open up Type of move to be book marked and allow users to modify/add to the existing work ticket to customize with verbiage that best fits their needs.

Add work ticket column to Transactions tab in Revenue Entry
We are trying to allocate revenue to every work ticket. It would be handy to see the work tickets currently assigned so that we can be sure all work tickets have been accounted for when transactions are entered.

AR Collections- Be able to Separate Collectors on Class ID's for different Branches
If we have different offices that are working with the same customer, we use the same customer ID. It would be great to be able to assign the collector based on the Class ID and the branch.

ability to run a report to see how much revenue was entered by each person that generated revenue, not just the Revenue Clerk.
We will have a few different Revenue Clerks on the same order. For instance if we performed OA work then 1 person enters that revenue, if we hauled the shipment another person enters that revenue, if it is a booker release order then someone else actually audits and sends the invoice, if it goes into storage someone else enters revenue. I would like to be able to get a more accurate account of how much work is actually being processed by each person. Please let me know if there is anything currently available that i could use.

Include a Link to MS Order from Dispatch Status Auto Email
Include a Link to MS Order from Dispatch Status Auto Email. We utilize the Dispatch Status field for crew ETAs. Once operations updates the Dispatch Status an auto email is sent to the CSR. It would be helpful if there were a link to that MS order included in that email.

Add the Sales Person, Surveyor, and Revenue Clerk to the Local Dispatch Grid.
Local Dispatch is a great place to see what orders happened in a set time period. It would be nice to be able to sort orders based on the Sales Person, Surveyor, and/or the Revenue Clerk for a certain time period.

Automatically populate state and city when entering zip code
When entering the origin and destination Zip Code, can we have the city and state pre populate like it does on Techmate? It would make it easier to focus on the customers needs instead of having to open other windows to find out where they are coming from and going to.

automatically upload emails/attachments to notes if an order is in the subject line
If an email is sent and contains an order number in the email, then it would automatically be uploaded into the notes for that order number. This is common with salesforce applications and another mover software that we looked at. This would dramatically cut down on the amount of time needed to input orders and all information would be archived for an order for all users to see. Deleting erroneous deposits
MSS needs to enable deleting erroneous deposits by users of a certain level of user security. There are many times when a new user, or a new company just learning, are entering deposits that are either duplicates, entered incorrectly, etc. that just simply need to be deleted in MSS. GP offers that functionality but we cannot reflect the removal of the erroneous deposit in MSS without having someone from MSS do it for us.

Credit Card Refunds
Make an easier process for inputting credit card refunds. The cash receipt function should allow a negative balance as there will be times we may have to wait a month or more for a large credit card refund to be able to be posted in MSS because you have to pair it with another cc deposit that is larger.

Save and Add Group from the Add Revenue Item Screen
I see that you have added Save and Add Group to the Item Group screen but adding it to the Revenue item screen would be a lot more helpful that way we do not need to exit the item screen to go into a new group the flow would be a lot better.

Add Revenue Commission - Save and Add
Give the ability to Save and Add all items from the Add Revenue Commission dialog box. With large projects and multiple drivers the system will not auto commission because it will go over 100 %. So we have to add commissions manually and want to be able to add commissions for the salesperson and driver without having to go to the Add Item dropdown every time. It would also be nice to add a new Revenue Item from that same box.
