  1. Add Book Marks for the Container fields. Users would then be able to generate locators cards from MoversSuite without having to utilize the User Defined fields.

  2. Email: We are using the MS email, but there are times we want to email from the report window like commission statements to the commissionable people and or work tickets to drivers. Would we be able to have a public and personal address books that could be accessed through the TO: button? or sometimes we want to email someone else within the company to work on something while were gone. Besides the replies not automatically being associated with orders, I think this is the number 2 complaint. (beside the slowness). ;) Please advise if this can be done. PS. Let…

  3. When I have to bill additional money to the government or rebill a short pay, the government system will not allow us to use the actual item code again, we have to use 226A miscellaneous and attaché an invoice note to feed over to as what and why we are rebilling more money. Currently the field is not long enough to allow me to post a long message so I have to manually pull it through in Vantage Point and when it feeds into Syncada, I have to manually post the note on each line item.   4. This would make researching each line item billed verses what was invoiced since the reductions are being taken off so the true amount billed does not show unless you select the line and edit. You then have to close that box and do the same thing for every line item, which causes more work when researching.

  5. In the order information section, under the name, address, phone tab. When you print label for the order, that should update with each order you switch to just like the document manager does. That way there is no need to close the window after each label is printed. This would be helpful when printing off many labels for different orders at once.

  8. It would be nice to do year over year reporting within a single report window for sales, billing/revenue reports. Closing ratios, revenue generated, and sales numbers are a few examples of reports where this would be nice.

  9. when the task is completed/checked, a note must automatically populate in notes and in UVL/MF memo side. This will eliminate many duplicated/triplicated steps. Task is currently not user friendly and suggest an automatic note.

  11. I think the Move Type field would be a good addition to be added into the Account Profile as a field that you could set the default for. Now that I am writing this it would be nice to include the commodity and authority and maybe even the shipment type. :) I need more information to be defaulted so orders will be entered correctly.

  12. In the Claims Module is there a way to add a field where we can report the Claim Amount Settled? We have a field for Amount Claimed but not one for Amount Settled. Would be handy to have this field so if Claim reports are ever created we have both values to report.

  13. I would like to see the following changes to the Work Ticket in MS:

    • Crew ETA (taken from the Dispatch Status column on the dispatch grid)
    • #of men/hours for hourly local jobs only (info gets entered here on all jobs, and there is no consistency….or logic)
    • CSR direct phone number (the name is great, but we need the phone number)
    • Instead of the Est Dates (Range of Dates) put the actual dates in for Pack/Load. Leave the delivery spread as a range.

  15. When assessing liability, it would be very useful to have the crew leader isolated in bold. It would be useful to have that person highlighted through the entire order.

  16. While the subtotal for each order is great, a grand total of the commissions would also be very helpful to report... but also to analyze utilization during the reporting period. Also is much handier to use if turning over the information to a payroll service in order to report gross commission (taxable) versus the non-taxable items.
